Called up the rental they brought the bike to me. I'm enjoying the flatness of Florida from my electric bike coming from the mountains and my own electric bike. I enjoy being able to drive down bike paths where my neighborhood has none on straight roads where I don't have any on flat surfaces near the ocean, which is nothing like at home I'm thoroughly enjoying my time read more

From the moment we booked with Real Deal Bicycle Rentals far away in California, the experience was exceptional. They delivered bikes and helmets right to my in-laws' gated community in Jupiter -- on time and with perfect sizing for all of us. The bikes were comfortable, well-maintained and a joy to ride. Having the bikes for our weeklong stay really made our vacation. Kids wanted to be on them 24/7. The team's professionalism and attention to detail truly elevated our trip. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Jupiter area who wants reliable gear and friendly service!!! We will be using them whenever we visit!!! Thanks RDB! read more

Hi there! I went to RealDeal bikes to get a rental for use during my one week stay with a friend in Tequesta. I chose a step-thru model from their selection of 15 or so bikes, and the worker helped me reset the seat height through about five adjustments until it was perfect. The bike functioned near perfectly on every ride, with the exception of it wouldn't go into first gear, but not a problem; it's not like there are any hills within a 50-mile radius! I chose to add the lock for $5 - a bargain, and was able to find a helmet that fit me nicely. The delivery-pickup service for $29 was well worth the cost. Staff were friendly and prompt in all aspects of service. Overall, I was very pleased w my bike for a week rental from Real Deal. A+ read more

Took my bike there when the pedal mechanism fell apart. Rudy fixed it in 20 minutes while I waited. He did a terrific job for a fair price. Additionally, he checked other major components of the bike ; the brakes, the tires, my seat. In my mind, there is not any other bike shop in the area except Real Deal Bikes for service. PS I also purchased a simple bike lock when I was there, and previously bought bike helmets for my wife and me. Michael read more

How often does the owner take personal care of the customer? Go see Rudy for one service no matter what your level of expertise. You can show up for as simple as a rental for the day, or a long term competitive investment. I've done both-he's gotcha:) read more

I am shocked by the previous ratings! My experience was the exact opposite when I brought my bike in for general maintenance and clean-up this week. - I was never called when the service was completed. - The shop was closed when I arrived to pick-up my bike as Rudy arrived late to open. - When I got my bike home I realized that other than a new chain, it appeared that nothing else had been done. My frame, rims, cog, etc. were still covered with grease, sand, and road dirt. - Rudy was beyond rude and hostile when I returned. (Quite the opposite from when he asked me to write a review when I picked-up my bike!) Rudy argued that I was not charged for routine maintenance so had no reason to complain. (I would gladly have paid for the work that I had requested to be done!) He quickly wiped down my bike while yelling at me from the back. I felt threatened by his unprofessional manner and was relieved that another customer was present. - PS Rudy was filthy and unkempt when he arrived to the shop and did not wear a mask throughout either visit. Never again! read more

It is a great shop; the bikes were READ DEAL good and ready to go. Michael gave me a trek cruiser which is a nice ride and easy on and off when checking out an area. We have rented for many other places on vacation and Trek is still one of my favorites. We were in and out the door in 15 mins with bike and helmet at a reasonable cost. Would put this on my return list for bike rentals (: Happy New years Michael and thanks for making out day beautiful! read more

I had three bikes that needed tuning, tires, a kick stand and general maintenance. Rudy offered to pick up/return (Awesome, just $25) and did the work in a day. He even taught me how to install my Saris car bike rack on my car for future use! Rudy and his team are the best--they proactively make service /repair recommendations with no pressure to say "yes" (but why wouldn't you say "yes" --it's so clear Real Deal cares about you and your riding experience). Rudy is also a blast to ride with-- a few years ago my husband and our sons (20 & 22) rented bikes from Real Deal and Rudy transported them to Jonathan Dickinson Park for a guided lesson on how to navigate the trail obstacles -- it was so much fun and a great family activity with adult "kids". read more

Rudy at Real Deal Bikes was awesome! Entertaining and very knowledgeable of the area. It's a good deal at $25 for a day. We biked down to Juno Beach, enjoyed a few hours on the beach, and biked back over to Jupiter to enjoys some food at Guanabanas. The bike ride is easy and Jupiter/Juno is very bike friendly. Rudy is Fantastic! He always helps me quickly and does great work. Since he is a mountain biker himself he knows just what I need. This is not the place for me. I went in to get a new chain ended up with a new cassette as well. Once it was installed the bike wasn't shifting correctly and I told Rudy. His body language really didn't seem to positive like he was actually mad that I wanted my bike to shift correctly after a new chain and cassette. Place is a joke will never go again. So I left because I didn't want to deal with the customer service anymore. My bike was riding better before I brought it into this place. Do not go here GO TO RIDERS ONLY THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE. read more

Ever since I wrecked my bike in Bunker Hill I have been on a hunt for a new bike and good advice. I was recommended Real Deal Bikes as a solution and I'm so glad I took their advice. Rudy the owner was incredibly informative and patient. He answered all my questions and offered professional advice that I didn't even think to ask. He pointed me in all the right directions, and helped me rent a bike that instantly made me a better rider! Every time I stop into his shop I'm always greeted as a regular and I always leave feeling super stoked about going riding! I found this bike shop while I was trying a nearby restaurant. I found out they do group rides for mountain biking at 5:30pm on Fridays at Jonathon Dickinson Park.t Prices are a bit high on the accessories.
