I bought my new bike from them and it was a great experience. After riding my bike for a couple of weeks, I took it back to them to get a new set of handlebars installed. I bought a top shelf drop bar from Redshift.com which raised my bars significantly and safely. Skill, customer service, and cost are amazing at Bike Palm Beach. I could not be happier with them. I highly recommend them. read more

Bike Palm Beach by far is the best bike shop I've been to. We do usual Saturday ride with them and we love it. The crew there is always amazing and fun to deal with. Every time there is an issue with anyone's bike they are right on it and take the repair personal, and make sure it is resolved promptly. There has been time where my bike needed a part and they lend me one of their own till the part came in. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the shop and the crew. If you need new bike, a rental, or a repair you should definitely give them a try, you won't be disappointed! read more

AMAZING BIKE SHOP! I got here all the way from Colorado and needed some help with some gear to get on the road! They couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! Had everything I needed! Not every bike shop has people that truly take care of their customers. This team is the best of the best. I will rent from here every time I come to town! read more

We brought our bikes in for repairs, and everything was clearly explained, including all charges. The staff is very knowledgeable, offered great advice, and the store is well organized. No hidden fees-highly recommended. read more

Best bike shop in the area! Service selection and quality of work is top notch. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My go to

These folks are the best of the best when it comes to anything related to bikes .. they have an awesome selection of E-Bikes and regular bikes. They have done repairs for me and they've given me sound advice on what would be best for my bike. They are without a doubt, the best bike store in South Florida!! read more

Amazing selection amazing service. I went here based on the reviews and the team went above and beyond! I got an awesome bike and they helped me make sure to get in the prefect bike for me read more

The shop is well run and the staff exceptionally knowledgeable. I lost a obscure part (barrel nut) which caused my saddle to fall off. Every try riding 3 miles without sitting down? When I walked in I was greeted by several associates. No less than three all looked for a replacement part. I was presented with two! What wonderful service! Thank you everyone! I am back in the saddle again. read more

Service was excellent selection was also excellent value and i love how organized the shoes were

I won't be going back again. Just didn't like the vibe. Had a crankset installed and it was a fiasco. Damage was caused to the cups bearings and irreplaceable frame. The chrome was chipped in 2 places from an overzealous tech who should have realized the cups were a bit too tight and decided to cram them in. I managed to source cups and bearings and install myself but it took weeks of searching. Admittedly there was a fitment issue, which is why I took it to them. I thought they would make it right but the lack of communication and concern was ridiculous. I think the main issue is there is 5-6 employees all with assigned positions but no one really takes responsibility for the error or complications. If u just want to buy a bike and go or get a flat fixed it's fine. Anything a little deeper they get kinda an attitude like your a hassle. Condescending. The last place you want to feel rushed in and out is a bike shop. read more

Great crew, fabulous service. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. The computer on my bike didn't function; they made an adjustment. When I pulled out our cc, they said "no charge, that's what we're here for." They could have made a sale, but were generous in their service instead. We'll be back. Thank you! read more

Great shop. Very knowledgeable and quick service. Always in and out with whatever I need. Have done full assembly's and delivered to home to simple tire repairs. Always pleased with outcome. read more

I've brought my disabled son's electric trike to other bike shops in the past for service, with mostly unhappy results. This bike shop was wonderful! I'll never go anywhere else now. They were SO helpful in getting the new parts needed and installing them, at an extremely reasonable price. Great crew there - great shop! Highly recommend! read more

Surreal service. They are kind, informative and very reasonable. I was travelling with my road bike for a race when the front tubeless tire unexpectedly popped. With the race being the next morning I panicked, I came in and they fixed the problem. Now I'm considering travelling an hour just to get my bike serviced here read more

This is my second time visiting this place and it was simple to rent the bike, ride along the inter-coastal and get back. Reasonably priced and bikes are in pretty good shape. read more

Don't waste your money!!! Bought loads of stuff and went back in to return the pump, can't get it to work. He says...it's easy...maybe for him. Went to pump it a week ago and same situation, phone doesn't answer in the evening and no way to leave message. I left numerous messages through Facebook with 0 response back....I'll go buy a pump at Target. read more

I've only been to this store twice, both times for running shoes, but I've had a great experience each time. Zephyr assisted us today and was very helpful and knowledgeable. read more

Bike tuned up and very helpful with the wife on the purchase of a new bike. Nice people and funny Keith Hernandez stories.

Out riding about a mile from the shop. Came across the broken down tri bike with a driver that was handicapped. I had a problem with the chain, which I could not fix. I biked to the shop (it was very busy), and they sent a tech with myself to go help the disabled bike. They went way over the call of duty. I highly recommend a community bike shop care and make and make an impact read more

I'm always impressed by three things at this bike shop - which is why we always go there: They're incredibly knowledgeable, they have really good prices (at every product level) and wonderfully reliable, honest service. This is more than just a great local business; it's part of the community and the culture in the best possible ways. read more

I've been in to this store several times over the last few years and bought running shoes for myself and my son. Today was a very unpleasant experience. I think there's new ownership. Virtually zero selection if you have a wide foot. Had to wait 10 minutes and then corner someone to help me. They didn't seem very pleased about it either. Overall, I don't think I'll ever go back. Very expensive shoes, which in the past I didn't mind paying because I got great service. That was not my experience today. Strongly recommend that you call for whatever you're looking for before you drive to their store. This is why Amazon is so popular... read more

Built a new Cervélo out of the box at home, brought it in for a safety check. The mechanic brought it out and ran through the checklist of what he did. Nice staff and great service! read more

They limit the number of people in the store and all employees were wearing masks. I felt comfortable inside. Picked out some cycling shoes and spd clips for my new exercise bike! They hooked me up! Super helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back when it's time to replace my running shoes. read more

During the "covid lockdown" I visited Tri Bike Run and bought a great bike. They took care of everything outside and I now bike and love it. Great service and friendly staff! read more

Walked in and was immediately impressed with the inventory of high end bikes. I was equally impressed by "JT" the sales associate that greeted me with a firm handshake and over the course of two visits patiently educated me on the differences between two particular competing bikes that I was curious about. I had traveled to the area and had forgotten my sneakers! I was planning a day on foot in Jupiter and found your store. I was so impressed with the saleswoman who clearly knew her product! She asked what sneaker I had, and looked it up online to compare what she could put me in. Not only did she know her product, but I watched the other customer being serviced and he was getting the same knowledge from his sales person! Knowing your product is key to customer service! I can't thank you enough for your service and knowledge. Someone with bad feet is loving her new HOKA sneakers! I never would have tried the brand as I'm a true ASICS customer! read more

Awesome customer service and coordination with manufacturer. Vince and JT go above and beyond with customer care.

This business is hands-down one of the most well run places I have ever been in. Even if their busiest times on a Saturday afternoon they make sure that they greet every customer and treat them like they are the most important person there. Every employee in the store has a friendly attitude. I have had to take my sons bike in twice in the past week to be worked on. He's rough on his bike. Both times I went in, they took my bike right away and had the repair done in 10 min or less. I highly recommend going here for any of your triathlon needs or bike repairs. read more

I dont get it. I ama long time customer, come in over the weekend looking for bike shoes and they ignore me. I had to almost bop the young girl over the head to get her attention. This is a great place to buy or take your bike for repairs. The staff are professional and come across as excited to see you. My wife and I were biking in Juno Beach when her chain broke. We had seen the sign for the bike shop earlier and walked her bike to the shop hoping for some help. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. They fixed her bike and gave us advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. Very professional staff and great store. We will be doing business there in the future. Definitely recommend this bike store. read more

Just first class. Needed some real technical fitting advice (after buying a bike from another local shop a few years ago who fit me with a bike that was too large). Anyway, I bought a great road bike today and would not have splurged without the amount of deep knowledge that goes into getting a bike to fit the rider! I don't think there is another bike shop in the area that has this level of technical expertise for riders who need excellent advice. And with a smile. Something we all need more of these days. read more

Very acco accommodating, took care of us for half a day and only charged us for time used. Bikes were fine and the service was great. Would go back and recommend to others, and that's from a former bike mechanic so I sort of. read more

Can't understand how this shop got such high reviews. I took mine in for 2 new tires. They told me they didn't have the tires for my size bike (24") so they UP-SOLD me "hardly used demo tires" for the bargain price of $32 (although they advertise $10 for new tires). By the time I got the bike back, returned the truck I borrowed to transport it because my car is too small, it was dark and I couldn't ride it. The next evening after work I found a flat tire. I got home from work early today and called to tell them of the problem. They said I must've run over something. Nice. Up sell me and then call me a liar and then tell me I have to bring the bike in. I don't need to learn a lesson twice. Also, in my experience, only dishonest people accuse people of dishonesty - they figure they do it, you must too. Disgusting. read more
