Turns out... no one even test rode it before calling it "ready." So back it went, wasting more time and energy that I was hoping to spend, you know, actually riding my bike. But the final straw? While loading one of the bikes, a young employee broke a speaker cover in my car. Not only was there zero apology, but not even a sliver of acknowledgment or basic human decency. Just awkward silence like nothing had happened. It's not just about a loose bolt or a careless bump, this was a pattern of poor service, lack of attention to detail, and no ownership when things went wrong. For the premium price I paid, I expected professional, buttoned-up service and at least a hint of respect. Instead, I left feeling like a burden for even bringing my business there. Support small businesses, yes. But this one missed the mark completely.
