I have a very old scooter that was in need of a lot of work. After reading all the reviews and nobody being able to work on my scooter close to where I live, I knew this was the place for me. Well let me tell you my scooter which is 23 years old never rode better. Ivan got my scooter running better than it has been for years! Ivan is also a very nice guy, he explained all that was needed on my bike and was very kind and professional. The guy at the front desk (sorry I never got his name) always spoke to me in a nice manner and took time with me. Rose also towed my bike all the way to my house 45 minutes away on a really cool tow truck that is specifically for scooters/motorcycles. Worst repair experience of my life. On two experiences the Bike did not start day after picking up. Instead of working with customer and fixing the problem they try charging you more money. First they told me I used the wrong gasoline (employee at the cash register agreed with me he only recommends ethanol free because it's the best which is what I only use) ...the next time I bring it the owner drove it himself for 3 days to make sure it ran perfect...day later it doesn't start and he tells me it's my fault because the bike was kept in the rain and my starter button fell off (admittedly my fault with not install replacing button that recently fell off). I live in a Highrise which only has garage parking and I haven't rode the bike for 3 weeks prior to bringing it to them. There was no rain in this garage. Both visits were not cheap (over $550) Instead of fixing issues they they will tell you that you are wrong and owe them more money. If you do not know everything about scooters and are looking for a mechanic that you can slightly trust I would Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Ivan's gang has been servicing my Honda Shadow Sabre 1100 for many years now, and I wouldn't bring it anywhere else in PBC. They might not always be the fastest, but I'd much rather have the work done RIGHT (vs quick). They have always treated me and my bike with the utmost respect and care, and this time was no different. My bike is 20 years old now, and thanks to Ivan's it is running better than it ever has before! A few months before covid struck I lent the bike to my son a few states over because he was coming home from his time in the ARMY and needed a vehicle until he could settle in and purchase himself a new car. Then the world came to a halt, and long story short the bike ended up sitting UNCOVERED (?!) in my son's driveway for well over a year. The bike was already in need of some TLC when I loaned it, but when I finally got it back from him last month it had been severely neglected... and I was pretty pissed. So I set to the work of knocking off all of the rust that I could, and then brought it to Ivan's for some MUCH needed attention. They replaced the brake pads & rotors, new clutch and brake levers, rebuilt the master cylinder in the rear, replaced most all of the cables on the bike, and of course an oil change, a complete tune-up, and a very thorough safety inspection. They were behind and ended up having to keep the bike for three weeks... but what I got back was a bike that feels, sounds, and rides like a brand new bike! I just can't get over how great my bike runs now. They did an excellent job! Nowadays Cycle Ivan's seems to cater more to scooters than motorcycles, so right now there's only one cycle mechanic in the garage I believe. But if you are willing and able to wait a little while to get your ride back there is NO ONE better to service your bike! Over the years Ivan's have earned not only my business but my trust as well. I know from experience that there will not be any big surprises once I get the final bill. I'm disabled on a fixed income and they've always respected that and helped to keep the costs as low as possible for me. If something really doesn't need to be done at the time they will not pad your bill with unnecessary "repairs", which means a LOT. So again, I wouldn't bring my bike anywhere else if I can help it. They actually give a sh*t about their work, their customers, and their reputation. read more

Unprofessional, rude, and custumer service sucks. Brought my bike in to get repaired, had it there for almost 2 months getting worked on do to them taking long giving me the run around, finally done and bike messed up on me in two days! I had to wait another 2 3 weeks because stuff was messing up on the bike still. They FORGOT to put my NEW rear tire on that was suppose to be on the first time and ha to argue with them that they forgot until they looked on the receipt lol crazy and still charged me for labor what a joke! Bike still was smelling like gas my reservoir fell off the bike the 2nd day but they WORK SAYS GUARANTEE but still charging me labor for the stuff they were suppose to fix! I will never take my bike their again nor will I never recommend them to anybody! Business sucks and they don't care about they customers! zero stars if could read more

I went to Cycle Ivan's to check out scooters since I noted his above average rating and reviews. His prices were great and Ivan, himself was very personable and accommodating. I noted a powder blue Vespa that I really liked, so I went back another day to purchase it. The price was so reasonable that I was sold. Ivan not only delivered it but he made sure to explain how to start to how to ride, plus made sure I was comfortable on it before leaving. Stopped in to look for a used scooter for my son...they had a very affordable inventory, however we were looking for something closer to new. I was very impressed by their helpfulness. When I mentioned a bike we saw elsewhere, Ivan recommended we go right back and buy it, said it was a great price, gave it two thumbs up and even printed off the Kelly Blue Book value and reviews for us. Just got back after great experience with Ivans. Scooter had been stolen and when we actually got it back, there was so much damage and we just needed an estimate to give courts for the theft case. Took my 2005 Honda Rune there for the front and rear tire replacement. Took about four hours for the work. Then the mechanic took it for a test ride. He returned after about 30 minutes. My bike only has about 6,000 miles on it because I ride it very little. The bike sat at home for two months before I took it out to clean and change the oil. While it was up on the stand I noticed a dent on the lower left muffler cover and on the lower side of the engine guard. The bike has never been dropped by me, and the mechanic there is the only one to ride my bike. Apparently the reason he took so long was because he dropped my bike. He never told me anything and I could not see it when leaning on the kick stand. I spoke to an attorney at my job and he said since two months had passed it would be hard to proof he did it. Now he did over $1000 dollars in damage to my bike and I am stuck with the bill. Muffler cover $478 and engine guard $621. If you take your bike there look it over before and after good, maybe even take before pictures. read more

Quality repairs for low price. I have been a customer for 11 years. They have repaired everything from my Honda Goldwing to an old Honda C100, 50cc scooter that I collected. Jobs are always done right-the 1st time. An independent shop that truly cares about their customers-rare these days. Also, not many shops with a 20 year + track record. Most are here today & gone tomorrow. I have sent many Club riders there. From Harleys to Jap cruisers all have been pleased. read more

Big scam , hold my scooter for 2 weeks , then they want to charge me $400 to rebuild the engine, took the scooter to another place just replace carburetor and charge $ 60 for labor and told me the engine don't need be rebuild. read more
