Absolutely great service 100%. I love these mom and pop shops. This is a family owned business. They definitely take their work seriously and they are happy doing it. Todd is amazing great mechanic and customer service. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place they have a great showroom floor lots of apparel and bikes, they work on all bikes Ask for Tina or Todd they will definitely take care of you. My experience was a nightmare. He's a dishonest guy with this honest practices he said that he changed my oil and my oil filter charge me over $100 for it I get back home I checked my garage the exact same oil filter that I gave that I had on the bike that I gave to him is still on there which makes me believe he probably didn't even change the oil or anything else he charged me $1,000 after I told him I was on a soldiers was the most he told me he would tell my bike he told my bike for my driveway told me he would figure out what was wrong with it give me a call and we would go from there that never happened. After 50 something days he left my bike sitting out in the rain sitting outside never once got a call I had to go up there twice on my own first time you told me he was too busy second time he called me and said he needed a half a grand in order to get started I said a half a grand wow finally when it was done I don't even have any idea what he's done he is so rude his wife is so rude they act like complete weirdos when you get when you get there very nice on the phone very nice on the tow nice.But when you get there it's like music stops complete silence and they just stare at you as if they're afraid you'll rob the place. I'll be suing in small claims court he charged me so much and I'm willing to bet he didn't do half of what he said I will financially break myself of taking him the small claims court I'll use every dollar I have on a lawyer but I will see this place brought to the light I will also make signs and put them in the front yard telling people about his dishonest practices and this isn't the last review I'm going to go ahead and leave reviews on Facebook and everything else read more

I was very pleased with the service as well as how professional, friendly and personable the staff is So I have a trike scooter and it needed a full service repair so I called and called shop after shop to get a "we don't do scooters ". until I called these people they said yes and was able to work on my bike with in a few days. I wasted no time and had them work on my bike. just pick it up and it runs just like it should run. very reasonable price. they will be my go to place. let hope they do just as good with major work in the future. I had a WTF experience the first time they repaired my motorcycle, unfortunately one of the parts the fuel regulator had no identification number on it and it just happened to be the part that burned out the first time I took my motorcycle out I also noticed the wiring which I requested to have "original wiring colors" installed was some of the old wiring "plain Red" that I wanted off of the bike. I had some other issues it was a 1994 Honda Shadow so a very old bike on top of that I dropped my bike off in May and ended up getting it back in October of 2022. I'm older I can understand mom and pop shops get busy, so under my best judgement I had them pick my bike up again.... well my motorcycle got picked up in November 2022 I get a call in early January of 2023 stating what the issues were. I'm told I would receive a call back in 72 hours Then in 14th of February 2022 after I called a few times I get the same response that I got the first time they called in January. "What was wrong with my bike" I already knew and that was a little more than 72 hours "But life happened as it does so I had things to take care of" Anyway he gives me a quote that I absolutely thought was outrageous and stated "That's what the manual says" Now after hearing that I guess I was infuriated, so I asked to have my bike put back together and returned. I was told ok give me a week ok np. About a month later no response or yeah were busy and do not have time.. well after about another week goes by and I called them up and informed the owner that if my $hit was not at my house 2night then he would hear from my attorney. "He chuckled" But ill be damned guess what was at my home later the evening. So I ordered my parts (seal gaskets, thermostat" and with my brother and next door neighbor had my bike up in less than a month. I am a retired military veteran and most of us have been known to support small business especially "Mom and Pop" shops. I would never recommend this shop to any of my friends or family. If I could give NO Stars I definitely would. read more

Came in today, during lunch, dropped off list of what I need done. Advised I am trying to find a way to get bike to shop. She advised open til 6pm. Agreed I would drop it off around 520pm today. Took off work early. Got ride. Sped home, grabbed bike and was at shop by 1720!! Chains on front door all locked up. Called from front door, got answering machine......everyone was gone. Even door said open til 6pm. Now I am out an hour of work, my time, and have to just take bike back home. And the wasted time of a friend to drive me home...........Why tell me open til 6 pm (as your front door says also), why agree I am dropping off bike at 520, and then simply shut down EARLY and leave me outside that very afternnon? Why not just say we are sometimes open til six, and sometimes we leave just after 5? I left a mssg on your answering machine at 523....Mainly upset as we spoke, in the shop in person today and it was understood I was making arrangements to drop off bike.....and then you closed early. So now I am exactly where I was prior - I have a bike that needs servicing and I need someone to fix it. (10-31-22) I don't understand why you let me go through all this running around for NOTHING. If you don't want to service bikes, just tell us. If you don't want to keep appts made that same day, just tell us. ADD: around 645pm owner responded to my call/email. She advised they simply went home early today. I reminded her of my coming in at lunch, making plans to bring in bike, arrangements, etc. She advised there must have been a comms issue or they would have stayed til close (6pm). She did offer to have my bike picked up by them for servicing, which was gracious and nice considering; however, I took a pass as while it isn't always accurate, when things start off poorly...........................plus I gotta find another die to take me home as my pal won't do it again after we BOTH left early for this.................................. read more

The owners of this establishment are the kindest most down to earth store owners I've had the pleasure to do business with in a long time. I don't live in Melbourne and was just in town to buy my first bike and I can honestly say that they were very personable and extremely helpful. They weren't trying to take advantage of me and helped me so much that I felt like I was taking advantage of them and I never thought I'd feel that way. Sometimes I'd just go in to talk because they are those kind of people that you can just talk to and not worry about them trying to sell you something during the conversation and especially for a first time motorcycle rider at the age of 40 I expect a big retailer to try and sell me the moon but not Brevard Superbikes. I absolutely will suggest this store for all of your motorcycle needs even if it's just for some advice. went into the store needed my electric scooter repaired, the batteries had over charge and were lodged in the Bike. The mechanic was a far and honest guy and said he could get it done in 30 min and his hourly rate was $70 needless to say he got it done in 30 min and charged me a fair $30 buck. The lady at the counter was friendly smart and helpful. she ordered me new batteries and i got them in very fast. I am back on the road thanks to superbike there awesome!! read more

Brevard Superbike is owned by Bill and Hillary Clinton clones. No doubt they are the most corrupt and unethical bike shop in the country. Bought a consignment bike that they claimed had a recent full service, which included, rebuilt carbs, new battery, all fluids changed, and showed me the service report for 1,000 bucks. After 3 days the carbs leaked gas, and the new battery was dead. They refused to fix the bike nor would refund my money. Luckily, these morons gave me an open title not signed over to me, and was able to get my money back in Small Claims Court. They even threatened to forge my name on the title...Avoid and dealings with Brevard Superbike, not only are inept at repairing motorcycles, they don't understand the law and absolutely have no business sense. read more

Brevard Super Bike is the best motorcycle mechanic shop in the area. I say they are the best anywhere. I haven't been everywhere, but I don't need to. You can't beat the combination of a small family owned business, with work done right the first time, quick turn around time, friendly and honest people who take their time to help you out, and good 'ole quality work. I have had all of my dirt bikes worked on here. Before I started bringing my bikes here I went somewhere else and there they made existing problems worse and failed to fix other problems. The first time I had brought each of my bikes to BSB those problems were corrected. Specifically the other shop telling me that they cleaned my carburetor when really it was still dirty and had a clogged jet. That other shop also tuned my air/fuel mixture incorrectly. When I brought my bike to BSB they cleaned and tuned my carb right and I had my bike back in just a couple of days. Since then I have had all kinds of work done on my 2 stroke and 4 stroke bikes including: exhaust installs, carb re-jetting, chain and sprocket replacement, brake repair, tire tube replacement, and lots of other things. All of it done right, the first time, at honest and fair price. When I have questions they are always happy to help me out. The experience there is like having friends that just happen to be your motorcycle mechanic. I would' take my bikes anywhere else. Todd and Tina, the owners are great people.
