Their shop and facilities are based in an old rectangular structure with aluminum siding with an entryway in the middle and a garage door on one end. It's not much to look at but just reinforces the old axiom, looks can be deceiving. On my first experience, I found their website from a friend, and clicked on their phone text number inquiring about the $ cost replacement of two HD Softail Deluxe tires. I got a return text thanking me for my inquiry and asking my preference - Dunlop's or Metzler's, with a price quote for each (The Dunlop's were a little more). I called them, stated I wanted the Dunlop's installed at their quoted price and they told me I could bring my bike in anytime. I dropped my bike off with them later that week and picked it up the following day with a job well done of new tires on it. My more recent experience was a result of a split throttle cable on my 2014 Softail. I usually visit YouTube first to determine how difficult and what kind of tools are needed in case I decide to do the job myself. But In this case, it was going to be more involved than I was wanting to do. I call A.C.S. and explained my situation. I gave Colin my information and he said that he could order a new cable, and could have it installed with only an hour of labor. I gave him the green light to order the new cable and later that week, I dropped my bike off where Colin and his group made the repair. Both times I was very happy with A.C.S.'s service, prices, and end product. I've had good experiences with them and trust them to do good work. I highly recommend them. read more

brought in my Burgman 4 years ago still not fixed and what they say is wrong with it wasn't a problem when I dropped it off. They have screwed over so many motorcycle owners and falsely claim to be Can am certified which they are not. To this day ,I am still waiting for the call that my bike is fixed and I can pick it up. I have been going to this shop for over 30 years but I will never step foot in that shop again. Collins is a crook and all he does is lie about everything. He says your bike will be ready at a certain time and never was. My bike got damaged while at his shop and he blamed me for it and I know that it was not damaged before I took it to his shop. if I had a toy motorcycle I would not let that shop touch it. They left parts off my bike and tried to blame me for that too. Just watch Collins he is a big crook. Unfortunately, my experience was not the best although my bike is running decent now the length of time it took for them to get it done was ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I was promised to be called back several and times was not if at all. The owner, is a very nice guy. But being nice doesn't get to work done when it should. If I could give this place a zero I would! My son just picked up his four wheeler after being with these people for over a month. I asked for an estimate, which I never received. Then the gentleman at the counter charged my card for $778.95. And my husband told me he proceeded to do it two more times and just crumble up the receipts that came out of the machine. I got worried and checked my account and lo and behold I was charged $768.96 two more times. So I called and he told me he was having internet problems and I would receive my money back by the end of day. Well here it came the next day and I'm out $1,557.92 still! He will not make this right and I'm out this money. DO NOT go to this place. Wish I would have read the reviews before ever going there. Route 1 motor sports referred us there. These people that run this business have issues. One of which is lying to the customer. My brother dropped off his vintage motorcycle cylinders and crankshaft to be bored (cylinders) and to be rebuilt (crankshaft). ACS said no problem, about 30 days turn around. My brother called them a few months later and they told him that the job was 80% complete. My brother waited another two months and went to the shop and asked for his parts back. After five months of waiting and being told that it was 80% done, NOTHING was done to his vintage parts. Sad liars that this establishment is. Don't waste your time here! read more

Initially I left my Vespa bike with Collin to store due to home repairs and he said it was placed in a building. My bike looked and ran fine with no issues. The keys were misplaced but once found I made a copy, gave him the keys and 200$ for a new battery, oil change etc. I asked for my bike back. Collin said it was in a building way in the back and he couldn't get it out cause he needed help to get it out. Later he stated he was too busy, not enough help and he was stressed. I kept asking for my bike to be given back to me for the next 2 or more years and all he did was make excuses and claimed he was gonna have a heart attack from demanding customers. My friends came with me to request the bike back in spring of 2024. It wasn't a pleasant exchange but he finally agreed to give me my bike the next day, but then when I called him he said it needed a new gasket he had to order from Italy. More time went by and he claimed the part had not come yet. Finally my friend came with me again and we demanded the bike back. My friend told him we wanted to see the bike and stated "do we have to call the police, the media or go to court? " he said he would have the bike out for us at 4pm. We waited in the parking lot til 4 and he saw us and finally came out trying to manipulate me with, "haven't I always been good to you?" My friend said "where's the bike, we want to see it" He brought us behind a wood fence and the bike was on the other side in a graveyard of bikes. It didn't look like it was kept in a building but sat outside for years. Another person on yelp stated a similar experience. He tried to get me to leave the bike stating it would cost $2000 to fix and I should leave it for him to fix free of charge. lol, really, he has made excuses up to this point so why should I trust him now. My friend told him the bike would be picked up the next day and it better be out front. It was out front the next day and another friend put it on a trailer and I took it home only to find no ignition switch and rust galore. The bike is worthless. The entire time I tried to get my bike back he made excuses and lied. God only knows why a person would do this to another person. He needs to be held accountable as he has done this to others per reviews. Stay away from this place. read more

I brought my Harley Davidson Dyna wide glide in for repair because the engine was missing. Over the course of a month Collin told me several times that the bike was repaired which it was not. He went on to tell me that he can get it fixed eventually, and that his mechanic holds a PHD. His mechanic has a lot of room to improve. Everything his mechanic told me was false. Atlantic Cycle Service not only did not fix my bike but they charged me over $300 and kept the bike outside which resulted in rust everywhere. I requested a partial refund and was denied. I figured I would cut my losses and requested the Michelin tire which Michelin Company warranty department deemed that I had coming. He would not give me the tire which meant that he profited from that and $300 that he charged me for attempting to "repair" the bike. I brought the bike to Space Coast Harley Davidson where they repaired the bike properly with a big bore kit to the carburetor and for an additional $300 they detailed the bike to get all the rust off that was incurred at Atlantic Cycle Service. All in all, there was the absence of business ethics on the part of Collin the owner, and I firmly believe that I forgot more about Motorcycle repair then his PHD mechanic will ever learn! I stepped into this repair shop last year, while looking for a couple of ball bearings and clips for my CBR. I was promptly, and professionally, helped by Collin, who went above and beyond to track down the specific catalogued part numbers, with sizes and measurements straight from the factory. A few months later my bike's engine began to sound like something had gotten caught in the clutch. I decided to try my luck with the Honda Power-sports dealership in town, and after dropping my bike off and waiting WEEKS on a diagnosis, I was told that my engine had to be rebuilt for approximately $2,500. Yeah-- No. I basically ended up paying $180 for them to stare at my bike for almost 3 weeks, and for an oil change. I picked my bike up that same evening and rode it straight to Collin, just as he was closing shop for the day-- with the hope of getting a second opinion. THE VERY NEXT MORNING he was calling me to let me know that the innermost clutch plate had broken into three pieces. He charged me nothing for the diagnostic service, changed the clutch in 3 days, and saved me well over $2,000. Needless to say, I have not gone anywhere else since. I'm truly amazed that no one else has rated this shop on here before. Took quad to him and told him if the repairs were too costly to justify repairing to please not do any work, he assured me it was only centrifugal clutch problem. Paid for all labor and parts, brought bike home, still had same problem ($1500+). Brought bike back and he said it was transmission problem. Bought replacement transmission at my expense ($500+) and left bike with him for 4+ months without any call. I called after 4 months and he still hadn't even done the work, and then said the replacement transmission was bad (but now too late for me to return). Paid to have them ship out transmission to be rebuilt ($500+). Over 6 more months of no phone calls and me calling to get update. It has now been literally 2+ years and he still has my bike. I've been there numerous times to try to work things out, and he's insisting I pay another $2000 for a bike that isn't even worth that much to buy (and which he mis-diagnosed). I waited a VERY long time before writing this review and was very patient in this process, so this isn't being written out of knee jerk anger. I called Cullen at least 10+ times with promises of a call back to sort things out, and he has yet to follow through on his promise. He really does appear to be a nice guy, very even keel to talk to, but in the end what matters most is that someone is fair and does what they say. And unfortunately I have to say that this is not true of Cullen - you run a risk of a similar experience if you do business with Atlantic Cycle. I called and asked for a specific tire. After efforts to sell me a more expensive tire they quoted me a price on my specific tire. While they were changing my tire they tried to sell me more work. When it came time to check out the price increased. I told them what I was quoted over the phone. Then the person who made the quote failed to remember what he had quoted. Now they're doing me a favor by honoring the quote. After leaving the shop I realized that they didn't reset the TPMS indicator so the job wasn't complete. If they have no means of resetting it they should upgrade for this and they could have at least explained to me that they have no means of resetting it. It is part of the job. They performed their first and last job on any of my bikes. read more

Tire prices and installation costs for my own tires, are staggering. Recommendations were based upon folklore rather than honesty. After a costly estimate that was over $100, what they described, couldn't have been more than 15 minutes to evaluate. I think the mechanic that worked on my bike should work at the DMV where slowness is acceptable, unless of course I was cheated deliberately and they really didn't want to do the job for some reason? Truly the worst experience I've had in this town after 3 years of motorcycle ownership. Never again. read more

I wouldn't let these guys tie my shoe! I know at least three others that were taken advatage of at this shop. They ripped me off BIG time a few years ago. They ruined my bike to the point where I couldn't even get rid of it. They know there was nothing I could do about it, and these opportunistic bastards took complete advantage. Well, it's come full circle and they've damned near ruined my buddy's bike. He got it back with MAJOR issues and all they said was "Sorry, we will fix it"....lol. With the outstanding lack of competence and integrity that went into the work the first time, there's no way he would take it back to them. By the way, on a sport bike, 47 PSI in the rear tire is just stupid. Fools! I wished I would have documented my experience with them better. I do have video of their current incompetence and will bed isplaying on social media. It's the least I can do....lol.
