It was truly a crazy experience, our sales rep Mary, truly went above and beyond and is one of the kindest humans I have ever met. You could tell she has GREAT passion for her line of work and really wants to make her customers have a superior experience!!! She made this experience fun, we were able to joke and laugh around while we were waiting on finance, she treated us as friends she had known forever. Now what really made our experience special with Mary is her more than kind offer to sit with our machine, after the shop had closed and off the clock, while we tried to hunt down a trailer to bring our new toy home. Not only did she wait for nearly an hour, with us failing to find anything, she reached out to a family friend that allowed us to borrow their trailer.... NOW IF THAT ISNT SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'm not sure what is... she reached out multiple times checking on us and making sure both us and the machine had made it home safely! I highly recommend using this location and more than anything using Mary as your sales rep!! We did run into an issue with our machine shortly after we brought the machine home, no one's fault as this sort of thing can happen when buying a new machine of a show room floor, our coolant hose slipped off the engine, forcing it to overheat and the check engine light to turn on. I immediately reached out to Mary, and ON HER DAY OFF she made sure to reassure me she would handle this issue first thing in the morning and we would have nothing to worry about. And sure enough, we brought it in and their amazing team immediately got to work fixing the issue and running through many tests to ensure we wouldn't have this issue again and the machine was safe to leave and come home.. everybody at this location has been extraordinarily kind and helpful and above all Mary is an absolutely spectacular person!! 1000/10 recommend!!!

It's not much to look at but just reinforces the old axiom, looks can be deceiving. On my first experience, I found their website from a friend, and clicked on their phone text number inquiring about the $ cost replacement of two HD Softail Deluxe tires. I got a return text thanking me for my inquiry and asking my preference - Dunlop's or Metzler's, with a price quote for each (The Dunlop's were a little more). I called them, stated I wanted the Dunlop's installed at their quoted price and they told me I could bring my bike in anytime. I dropped my bike off with them later that week and picked it up the following day with a job well done of new tires on it. My more recent experience was a result of a split throttle cable on my 2014 Softail. I usually visit YouTube first to determine how difficult and what kind of tools are needed in case I decide to do the job myself. But In this case, it was going to be more involved than I was wanting to do. I call A.C.S. and explained my situation. I gave Colin my information and he said that he could order a new cable, and could have it installed with only an hour of labor. I gave him the green light to order the new cable and later that week, I dropped my bike off where Colin and his group made the repair. Both times I was very happy with A.C.S.'s service, prices, and end product. I've had good experiences with them and trust them to do good work. I highly recommend them.
