I recently purchased a 2024 Harley-Davidson road glide from space Coast Harley Davidson. After about a year of loving the bike I decided to do some upgrades to my engine. I had stretch a mechanic from Harley-Davidson install a cam and a new exhaust with high flow oil pump and cam plate. Stretched is an excellent job and the bike runs great! Aaron and Curtis from service help everything go extremely smooth, and went out of their way to make sure that at all times I was kept up to date with the process of the work being done on my bike! Everybody at space Coast Harley-Davidson has always been friendly and great to me, and actually make me feel like part of the family! The service department. They had my bike for a week so I called on Wednesday to get an update. I believe I spoke to Curtis who stated that they were waiting on a rotor and a cap. I asked to check to see if they were shipped out yet. He said that the tracking number shows that it will arrive the next day and that it would take a day to complete. I called on Saturday to see if my bike was ready and was told that the rotor was in but were still waiting on the cap. After I reminded him of our conversation on Wednesday, he said that he would go check to see if they had it. He called back within minutes saying that the cap was sitting on top of the rotor and that they were booked up for Saturday and Sunday, and wouldn't be able to get to my bike until Tuesday. What happen to Monday? I don't know why I ever gave SCHD a second chance after having a bad experience in the past. My friend who is a retired law enforcement officer like myself, told me to never take it to SCHD and that he rides the 1 hour and 15 minutes to Daytona Beach for all of his service and parts. I will be doing the same thing from now on. I will be sending a certified, signature required letter to the owner with this problem. read more

They say that the sales department sells the first bike and service department sells the next one. If that's the case no one ever buys a second bike at SCHD. Their service department is ABYSMAL!!! Zero communication, zero ability to expedite parts acquisition. It takes 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for parts to arrive from HD Wisconsin. In an age where I can get a delivery from China in 3 days it boggles the mind as to why it takes so long for their parts to arrive. Secondly their communication is non-existent. I had to call every day for two weeks to get an update on where we were at with my parts and installation. I will NEVER take my bike to the dealership for service again. I will go to SOUTHERN V Twin or Steve's Cycles, I suggest you all do the same. read more

I was sort of ripped off at the space Coast Harley-Davidson the bike I was taking my exam on was too small and the gear shifter was not in the right position all the bikes the same. Couldn't get my foot under the gear shifter to shift and second so naturally I failed the course they asked me to come back and take it again for free as many times I'd like they said. What good is that if you don't change the bikes.? I know the bike that I purchased will be fit for me. I just think it's very unfair that they don't have a variety of bikes but different size people $169 down the drain. And to think I walked in there with 10 grand to put down on a bike. read more

Went to Space Coast Harley today and bought a SE Pro Steet Tuner, the parts guys didn't ask me any questions, didn't say much of anything. I get home just to find out I need to buy a separate cable in order to download the information to it and it cost $70, that is a joke first of all. I call them and let them know that there was no cable and the site it says to go to has an error code. The guy I spoke to on the phone tells me the parts guys wouldn't know I needed the cable unless I told them--this makes no sense, since it appears the cable is sold separately. You would think a knowledgeable parts person would mention that to a customer, for the sake of even good customer services. Then to top it off, that guy on the phone tells the site won't open because of the computer and there's nothing he can do about that. Please, people, shop elsewhere-don't buy anything from this dealer or the ownership. They do not care about customers at all, just about their bottom line. I went there looking for an air cleaner diagram out of their computerized shop manual for a 93 dyna Evo (I explained that I ordered the shop manual but it had not been delivered yet)... little man behind the parts counter just looked at me with that pissed off look on his face and let me know that my bike was older than him...no shit duchebag ...so he finally finally looked it up, I saw what I needed to see and asked if he could print me a copy of the page...the way he said NO will ALWAYS keep me from purchasing anything from space coast Harley...I went to that super bike shop on the end of malabar rd...they were able to find the page, print it out and direct me to JP cycles, who then provided me with the parts I needed....was really funny cause at the same time I was attending their motorcycle riding class...I got nonstop phone calls offering me great deals if I bought a bike ...AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE read more

Purchase transaction was ok. New them 2022 Ultra limited good price out the door. Them added handler bar installation that's when all starts going wrong way. Delivery with bars scratched exposing the metal throughout the black powder coating and not tightened properly rolling out of position. Ok the replacement and fix. Fast forward 2 years tighten the bars clamp due to rolling out of position took it on me to find out the source of the problem. I installed many handle bars for my other bikes and friends but due to convenience and not wanted to work on the bike at the time decided to pay during the bike purchase. When remove fairing and handler bar clamp noticed glue like coming out of the bar wiring. Once remove and uninstall bars found the worse solder and splicing work using electrical tape, reason for the glue once unwrap found bad insolation on splices exposing solder and reason for clamp not locking the bars in place due to excessive lock tight use also not known how to apply since was all over the clamp. Very frustrating paying top money for a poor job. Service department a mess definitely no recommended shop for your bike work. System don't let load more pictures sure have bunch to show poor job done. read more

Was having trouble with my rear brake locking up on Custom Springer Softail during a long ride through Florida. Was happy that they looked at the bike at all, and their janitor was very kind to us, so I won't give them only one star, but wish I could give no stars for the rest of this debacle. They performed a diagnostic saying that the the master cylinder was faulty, said that they could not work on after-market parts, collected $167.40 from me, and sent me on my way with no rear break. When I got home and put it on my lift, I noticed that the rear rotor was warped like a mushroom. The rear spacer was about a quarter of an inch too big. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my master cylinder. I made a new spacer for the rear wheel for almost no cost, replaced the rear rotor for about $20, and put on new brake pads. All done in less than a half an hour. Thank you Space Coast for completely misdiagnosing the trouble, for not even trying to correct the real problem using parts that you probably had in stock, and for taking my money. read more

Bought a new 2019 Electra Glide Limited from Space Coast Harley Davidson after searching the internet for several weeks for the color bike I wanted and the best price. I have a bike trailer so was willing to drive anyplace in the state of Florida to get a good deal. This was my tenth new Harley purchase. Space Coast Harley had the bike I wanted at $6,000 cheaper than any other dealer in the state of Florida. Due to work I couldn't pick up the bike for 3 weeks. When I finally got to pick up the bike I was welcomed to the store like a old customer. The bike had been serviced and all cleaned up for delivery. I was taken around the store and introduced to the folks at the service department, clothing department, and parts. They even renewed my HOG membership. I brought my motorcycle in for some work, and they did an excellent job. Very communicative, went the extra mile, and were top notch in every way. They are however, very expensive. Somewhere around $150/hr I believe plus HD inflated prices for parts. Great work though. They offered $25 off if I took a 2021 on a test ride, but it was raining and I couldn't make the time anyway. It would have been a nice gesture just to give me the $25 due to that after having said... but it's alright. I would and will still return here for future service needs. read more

I am a man who has documented long distance motorcycle rides from New Jersey to Alaska, from the US to Panama, and through most of South America down to Argentina. In November, while attending an event at the Space Coast Harley Davidson Dealership in Palm Bay, Florida which is 3 hours from my home, I traded in my motorcycle and purchased a Harley. The salesman and financial department personnel knew of my riding history and obviously, how far away I lived, yet, they misrepresented their Priority Maintenance Agreement as a service plan that could be used anywhere there was a Harley Davidson Dealership. I was only informed that the plan only applied to the Space Coast Dealership after paying for the servicing of the motorcycle at another dealership a few weeks later. I complained and the General Sales manager understood and agreed to refund my money and see what could be done about rolling the plan into a nationwide plan. Two weeks later, I was informed that the General Manager overruled the Sales manager's decision. To add insult to injury, they sent a check to pay off my old motorcycle loan and the check was returned for insufficient funds which put my old account into 34 days past due status and affected my credit rating. Space Coast Harley and Treasure Coast Harley, both owned by the same group, are by far the best Harley dealerships in Florida. I have purchased three motorcycles there, plus 2 purchased by my son, and have gotten the best prices and service. Ask for Sales Manager Tony and he will give you a no hassle, no haggle, price without the bs and disrespect you normally get at other dealerships. Their selection is unmatched and their extras, like free delivery and pickup to and from home, are extremely convenient. As far as I'm concerned, it just doesn't get any better. read more

I'm a fan of Space Coast Harley Davidson. Not only do they have all the Harley merchandise one could ever need, the store is huge and open and set up nicely. They have a huge selection of motorcycles, parts, accessories, gear, clothing and merchandise. My boyfriend went through the Harley Davidson motorcycle safety class and was very satisfied with the course. He also has dealt with, on more than one occasion, the parts department who have always been very helpful. We've attended a few weekend gatherings where they've served food, had live music and had the Harley Davidson girls doing bike washings. I have heard the good and the bad about Space Coast Harley-Davidson, but have yet to have any negative encounters. Everyone I have ever encountered has been friendly and enthusiastic to help. I was most recently impressed with Kim the merchandise department manager I recently dealt with. She was very helpful after my boyfriend bought me a beautiful pair of HD earrings for Christmas and after only wearing them once, one of the stones fell out. Kim was very helpful in making sure I was able to make a fair trade. She offered me the option to get another pair of earrings at the same price or the exact same earrings replaced. She even offered me the option to go online if they didn't have what I wanted in their store selection and that she would have them shipped to the store. She really put my faith in Harley Davidson, and their willingness to provide trustable customer service. read more

They couldn't beat Orlando Harley's deal and because of it called us basically accused us of lying. So much for not being undersold and beating everyone's prices. Anyhow, I ended up making the street Glide Special purchaches at Orlando Harley and it was the best thing I did. Called to see how much to balance tires on my girlfriends sportster. What a complete rip off. They told me the book time on the front was one hour. They said the book time on the back was one hour. Two hours total for a balance. At 125 an hour, that equates to 250 dollars to balance two tires. What the F@@@ were they thinking. I even pointed out that the front tire was not nearly as involved as the rear. Chris told me that he doesn't write the book time, Harley does. So I called treasure coast Harley to see. They are the same owner. They have the same billing rate of 125 per hour. The service department said 30 minutes per tire. I was perfectly clear with letting him know the tires were on the bike. He said yes only 30 minutes a piece. Spce coast has become a complete ripoff. Stay away unless you have won the lottery and want to waste your money. Complete idiots. read more

Contacted the dealer about a bike that was for sale on CycleTrader, 2003 H-D Ultra Glide Anit was what the dealer called mechanic special. I knew what I was buying. Spoke to a Stephen or Steven and asked him if I can get a video, but never heard back from him. On the afternoon of the second day I called and Stephen/Steven was in a meeting, so I asked the receptionist to put me through another available salesman and she did. That's when I spoke to Kelvin and he was very helpful, I asked him if I can get him to send me a video and he did right away of the bike, and I really appreciated him for taking time to do that. So by this time I had made arrangements to get the money. Kelvin did mentioned that there was a dealers fee on top of the bike price and I was kinda bum about it but I press through it and I still wanted to get the bike. So on the third day, that afternoon I received a call from a manager telling me that he wanted to brake down the price for the bike and fees. So he told me about the $450 dealer fee and a $950 processing fee and I asked him what was that processing fee for and I think I caught him of guard. I asked him was there anything done on the bike? and he didn't even know. This was supposed to be a mechanics special/wholesale bike, the dealer didn't want to put money into the bike, because he later even told me that it was going to the auction. He mentioned that they were already losing money on this bike, and I feel lIke he was trying to do me wrong by trying to charge me this processing fee! I even try to talk to him that at least with selling it to me he was at least going to get the $450 dollars dealer fee that he will not get at the auction. But his mind was set!! Spacecoast HD/Management for your future customers, be up front in all the fees that your dealer wants to charge. Or you can be like some of the H-D dealers in Florida that don't charge dealer fees, like Gainesville H-D, Factory H-D in Orlando!! read more

Putting $500 hold on bike to come back 7 days later for our appointment to final the deal-cost had gone up $500 and there was an additional 100 miles on the bike 2. We were trading in our 2 Harley's had written bids but at above appointment we were told by Ben the previous bids would not be honored as price had gone down (see above where price went up) 3. We did our part, showed up with cash and titles at scheduled date/time. In my opinion: Not an honest nor ethical establishment We knew better but thought we would give them a try.
