My 1996 Honda was gertring progressively harder to start. After trying several suggestions,…read moreincluding a new battery and cleaning up all the connections failed to fix the problem, I finally decided to go ahead and have Steve's order a replacement starter. They've worked on this bike in the past and I trust it with them. After showing them what I had to go thru to get it started, they replaced the starter. ut for some reason, it spun the wrong direction and would not turn the motor over. After much work and some frustration, they cleaned the original starter and reinstalled it. That did the trick. Kelly didn't even charge me for the starter, which most other shops would have tried to do. So I asked her to have the tech replace the oil, since he had to drain it during troublshooting. A day and a half, along with a bill for an hour plus oil, and I was on my way down the road again. They have earned my return business, as well as a hearty recommendation!

Within the hour found out I had a hole in back tire .. something went in/out.. the loss of air was affecting my steering ! Ordered my tire, on the UPS truck next afternoon, installed tire, tested it himself and got me back on the road! Great work ethic and couldn't have been treated better! Seamless experience doing business with him and I plan to do lots more! I would recommend MOTOWERKS highly to anyone and my background is in hospitality and customer service.

the idiots at this establishment put our back tire on BACKWARDS, we were headed out on a trip…read morearound the US on our motorcycle, we bought a new back tire and paid these people to mount it. we made it form Fl to Louisiana when the inside of the tire degraded due to being on backwards. almost caused a huge accident, lucky for us the physical damage was not horrible. However, this ended up costing us over 1000.00 (repair, hotel, truck rental, medical). When we returned we confronted them with this, they did NOTHING, told us they would give us a new tire (never happened) and they tried to tell us that putting a tire on backwards does not cause problems. LIars, would not trust them to do work on a radio flyer tricycle! Beware and stay away from these hacks.

I was visiting town and urgently needed to use the bathroom but the store I was in did not have…read moreone. So the next closest place was the Harley Davidson store. It was pouring rain outside so I quickly entered. I was greeted with the overwhelming smell of alcohol and cigarette smoke. The two ladies running the place were clearly intoxicated and nothing but rude. I asked if they had a bathroom I could use and one lady asked if I was a customer. I said "no" and explained my situation ending with "so can I use the bathroom" and the lady behind the counter said "honestly, I'd really rather you not". I may not have been a customer at the moment but I certainly never will be after that interaction. It was completely unnecessary.
