I woke up this morning ready to head out from Cape Canaveral down DeMarco Island where I'm moving. Wouldn't you know if my battery was dead. So I called Sky Powersports Victory Dealer and not only did they have a battery for my bike in stock but they said they would bump me to the beginning of the queue so they could get me in and out and on my way. They're not just a five out of five. They are six out of five! The service desk, the parts department, awesome. Everybody was incredibly helpful and courteous as well. I came in today 8/16/2025. I told the salesman David that I never rode a bike and didn't even have any lessons. I asked him if they had schools in Orlando and he said yes. we spoke a little about motorcycles and he presented me his card and told me if there was anything else just give him a call. Really? you weren't even going to try to hook me up with maybe setting up lessons and learning to ride and then I could come back and purchase a bike from you? that's it? to me not a very good salesman. i took my Honda 4 wheeler in for a yearly maintenance with another issue that i explained to service writer ( nice guy) he quoted me 970.00 aprox. which i agreed to. the next time i took it out 2 months later same issue. i brought it back. manager said i would have to pay for another dyo.test 160.00 i agreed to even through i thought i was done wrong. they call me up and said it needed a new ground cable after they had talked to Honda support. another 90.00 i agree.i received a text message a few days saying they replaced the ground wire and it didn't fix the problem so they said they called support again. now they want 3,950.00 to fix the problem that they can't guarantee will fix it. i picked up the 4 wheeler yesterday, they drove it on the trailer and came out with battery cover and 3 other covers and a hand full of bolts that i guess that last 270.00 didn't cover the cost of. that all said i looked up the 2- parts, wiring harness and a PCM after market parts cost under 200.00 ............there labor rate is 159.00 per hr i've owned a very successful business for some 42 yrs and i know customer service. i wont be back! ......FYI i have bought 2 Rincons and 1 Kawaski mule from them in the same year 40K ....again i wont be back Bryan H. read more

Again, no integrity. They completely baited me on coming to their shop by offering me a certain amount on my USED bike, even after looking at 10+ pictures. Contacted me, asked a few questions, and said they will pay what I'm asking. Once I arrive they appraise my bike for a wayyy lower amount. Told me it wasn't in perfect condition... yeah no kidding! It's a 4 year old bike.On top of all that they had me just stand in the parking lot and told me they'll be back. Didn't offer for me to come in and sit down or anything. These guys are tricking you with appraisals online just to get you into their shop. Jason was the sales rep misleading. Well I will start by saying that I'm very disappointed with sky power sports for a 4hr new tire installation on Saturday on my 2012 Victory crossroads The customer service was polite and very helpful over the phone but once I got there it continued. After almost 4hrs and and taking a nap no one in the store gave me a n update unless I asked. I purchased a new tire from them. They told me that there was nothing wrong with my old tire and installed the new. The mechanic did a test ride for what I didn't know but found out why on Sunday my way home. There was less than 1/4 of an inch between the cross bar so upon leaving sky power sports I noticed that my bike didn't ride right and it felt like the rear brakes were engaging or a sticking brake caliper but it was caused by the new rear tire expanding which caused my bike to smoke because the rear tire was expanding and rubbing against the cross bar. I found out that there was less than a 1/4 of an inch gap between the cross bar after I stopped at O'Reilly auto parts and removed the left saddle bar and got a can of break cleaner thinking that my rear caliper was sticking but to my surprise that's when I noticed how close the tire was to the cross bar. My Wife had to catch a ride back to Belle Glade which is about 3hrs from Coco Beach. I don't know why the old tire lost air I was told that there was nothing wrong with my old tire. My question is if the Mechanic saw that there was not enough clearance between the tire and the cross bar why was the tire installed If there was nothing wrong with the old tire I would have been fine with bead sealing and putting the old tire back on I would have been more than happy to pay whatever the cost so that me and my Wife could get back home. All I was told was that the tire was good. I contacted sky power sports on Tuesday spoke with someone I who was filling in for the service manager who tol me that he would contact me early Wednesday morning and I didn't receive that call so today is Wednesday and I called sky power sports back today and I sent a picture of what was going on with my bike to the same gentleman who I spoke to on Tuesday in informed me that the service manager wasn't in today either. So he told me that he would send the picture to the store manager and would have him to call me today and I never got the call. I have never experienced this in the 20 plus years that I've been riding motorcycles and I have visited many shops in the US and had service done to many of the motorcycles that I have owned over the years. Customers are not always right but strongly feel that a job or service should be done right it's the right way that professional do business. I strongly feel that I won't receive a call from sky power sports and nothing will be done which is ok with me. I'm just disappointed I wanted to get back home safely. BAIT and SWITCH at its best. Do NOT waste your time or spend your money there. Went in for a dirt bike for the kids. Sales associate was a nice guy. After picking one out on a Saturday and getting the pricing on it after the weekend I put a deposit in it, rent a uhaul, take off work and drive 25 miles with cash in hand to have them say "sorry we made a mistake on the quote. It'll be $1,200 more than was quoted." Then it was how about 600 more. How about you honor your quotes, especially after bad mouthing other dealers in the area for their practices.
