This has been a horrible experience, from the purchase of a new Ford F150 to the maintenance repairs. I have found nothing good from service to sales and highly recommend not wasting your time or money going here. 2023 Ford F150 lightning purchased 02/17 Truck hasn't worked right since purchase, been in and out of the shop there 11 times and over 45 days. Truck is still not fixed right now. Lemon law started. No customer service, but they will tell you they are sorry. Just a blank sorry and nothing to fix the issues. Please do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

Good place for basic service. Had regular oil changes for my truck and always provided consistent service.

You are forced into repairs with them, with their half priced "warrantee." Every month there was another repair, bring my car payment from $250 to over $400/month, for a junk car. In the end, I let them take repossession of the car, bc I could no longer afford it, and they STOLE $500 from my bank account, using the debit card info I had trusted to them for payments. DO NOT do business with this company. It is run and employed by dishonest, greedy people. YOU WILL REGRET IT. As it turned out, the Amigo had been sold and not yet removed from the website, even now when I write this review it's still listed. We were instructed to travel a few miles more to their "budget" lot as I'll call it to see the Jeep. We found it but the Jeep had a flat tire that was well into the black top. All of these vehicles were around the side and back of this repair shop so I went around to the business to ask about the Jeep and to my surprise that repair shop had nothing to do with the ten or so vehicles littered around. At this point we decided to just head back home. Yes, I should've called first to confirm their inventory but no where on their website is it listed that their lower priced cars are at another location several miles away.

He often goes out of his way to help his customers, I when I said that he is always willing to go out of his way, I'm mean from the day you make your initial down payment on your vehicle, until the day you make your final payment, he is there for you. He's definitely a man of integrity, which isn't something that you come across easily these days. Don't get me wrong, he's has a business to run, and he's tough when he needs to be. That being said, he will bend over backwards to take care of his customers, he is just that kind of person. 14 years has passed since I first met Steve, and I still think back on my experience with purchasing from RJL fondly. Additionally, Steve personally picks out each vehicle he sells, really takes the time to purchase the best cars for his customers, then services them to make sure they are in top running condition, and finally, he sells them at a reasonable price. I've heard customers say, on numerous occasions, that their experience with purchasing a care from RJL has been so great, that they now refuse to purchase their vehicles from anyone else but Steve. I actually went by went by RJL recently (after 14 years...) and I can safely say that Steve hasn't changed one bit, he's still the super awesome, easy to talk to, and kind hearted person that sold me one of my favorite cars to date (a 96 Mitsubishi Eclipse), he's still the same, hard working, caring person, that was so good to me all those years ago. He cares not only for the quality of his business, but for his overall reputation, for his customers, for his employees, and he's also one of those rare business owners who genuinely cares about offering his customers a quality product and at a reasonable price. You can pretty much guarantee that any vehicle you decide to purchase from RJL is going to be a good one, he's not one to cut corners at the expense of his customers, if anything he put's the needs of his customers above all else, even his overall profit from a sale. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from RJL, please take my word for it and don't hesitate to purchase from Steve. He has a great selection of quality vehicles, competitive pricing, and offers excellent customer service, service that I guarantee you won't find anywhere else. On top of all of this, he's actually cares about his customers, and that is not something you find everyday... especially when purchasing a car.

He called every day, and even went back to the lot to make sure they knew he was serious. Today, he was there at 830 to buy the car, and someone else arrived AFTER him, offered a few dollars more and took the car, right out from under his nose. This dealer is no kind of business man, and should be put out of business. A Man is nothing if he doesn't have his word, and the car dealer assured my friend, he could have the car, when it was ready to sell. Do yourself a favor and do business with someone else.

Grok diagnosed my issue, but none of the local auto shops could get me in, and my car was dying at intersections. Kia got me in the same day that I called, concurred with the Grok diagnosis, and resolved the issue before lunchtime... and bonus, didn't charge me an obscene fee. Sure they offered additional service up-charges. Sure they tried selling me a new car. Sure their WiFi was unusable for Zoom calls over VPN. But most of that was expected. Thank you to Dustin and the rest of the team who got me ready for a road trip. Much appreciated!

I am submitting this complaint regarding Jackson Kia in Cocoa, Florida, due to serious concerns…read moreinvolving misrepresentation, failure to disclose mechanical defects, and improper handling of diagnostic information that prevented accurate evaluation of my vehicle. In November, I purchased a 2019 BMW X3 after the sales representative insisted it was the only vehicle I could qualify for and repeatedly described it as "perfect" and "excellent" for my high‑mileage work needs. I was not shown any alternative vehicles. Immediately after leaving the lot, a TPM malfunction appeared. When I returned the next day, the General Manager dismissed my concerns, told me I "should have asked better questions," and refused to unwind the sale. He offered only three fuel fill‑ups and told me to return in three months. Between the purchase date and February, I had to add oil twice and coolant twice. On February 15, the vehicle experienced a Drivetrain Failure on I‑95, entered limp mode, and became unsafe to drive. It was towed to Jackson Kia. The dealership reported nine diagnostic codes, later increasing to fifteen, despite claiming the vehicle had passed a "200+ point inspection." They also admitted they do not have a BMW‑certified technician or the proper diagnostic tools. Critical issue: Before I could tow the vehicle to a BMW specialist for proper diagnosis, Jackson Kia erased all diagnostic codes, preventing BMW from reproducing or identifying the failures. This destroyed essential evidence and obstructed independent evaluation. I believe these actions constitute misrepresentation, failure to disclose known or discoverable defects, and improper handling of diagnostic information. These issues have created significant safety risks and financial hardship. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a reputable dealer. Nothing can change my mind at this point. Take heed, and go somewhere else.

The mechanic lied and stated the sensors were tripped because he replaced the battery. NOT! It needed a new catalytic converter. I was told the only thing wrong was a spring in the hatch that needed replacing. They let me drive off the lot and on I95 for 75 miles home. The next day, we couldn't reverse it because the calipers were frozen. We towed it to my mechanic. He put it on the lift and the under carriage was so rusted all the brake calipers were frozen or nearly frozen. there was a rust hole so large under the gas tank anything could have punctured the tank and killed us all. The brakes were repaired with the incorrect fittings which is illegal in most states. They would not accept the car back, offer me any compensation, nothing. They KNEW my 16-year-old daughter was going to drive this car and STILL let it off the lot. They are unscrupulous, typical used car salesmen that don't care about what happens to the people that drive their unsafe, substandard vehicles. The FTC states they have an obligation under the Used Car Rule to sell cars in good working order or DISCLOSE all if its deficiencies. If I had the money, boy, would I love to take them to court. But once again, the bad guy has won. GO TO ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM!!!!
