I refer to the Advance Auto Parts store on 600 Barnes Blvd. On the evening of 8 March 2024, I discovered that one of my tires had been punctured. The manager and his assistant, Kevon (unsure of spelling) assisted me in examining the problem, suggested a tow service, and a tire service. They allowed me to park my car in the handicap space overnight (I have a handicap tag), this way I would not damage the wheel by driving on a flat tire. Later, Kevon informed me he was off the clock and gave me a lift so that I would not be stranded overnight. This was not a service provided by Advance Auto Parts and was purely the judgment call of the employee. This generosity should be rewarded. The customer service here is great. The front desk attendant was very kind. He offered to call me when it was my turn since I live very close so I wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. In my opinion that doesn't pass the BS test, the likelyhood of prior work being able to reattach 3 stripped components is not probable.
