Grok diagnosed my issue, but none of the local auto shops could get me in, and my car was dying at intersections. Kia got me in the same day that I called, concurred with the Grok diagnosis, and resolved the issue before lunchtime... and bonus, didn't charge me an obscene fee. Sure they offered additional service up-charges. Sure they tried selling me a new car. Sure their WiFi was unusable for Zoom calls over VPN. But most of that was expected. Thank you to Dustin and the rest of the team who got me ready for a road trip. Much appreciated!

    I am submitting this complaint regarding Jackson Kia in Cocoa, Florida, due to serious concerns…read moreinvolving misrepresentation, failure to disclose mechanical defects, and improper handling of diagnostic information that prevented accurate evaluation of my vehicle. In November, I purchased a 2019 BMW X3 after the sales representative insisted it was the only vehicle I could qualify for and repeatedly described it as "perfect" and "excellent" for my high‑mileage work needs. I was not shown any alternative vehicles. Immediately after leaving the lot, a TPM malfunction appeared. When I returned the next day, the General Manager dismissed my concerns, told me I "should have asked better questions," and refused to unwind the sale. He offered only three fuel fill‑ups and told me to return in three months. Between the purchase date and February, I had to add oil twice and coolant twice. On February 15, the vehicle experienced a Drivetrain Failure on I‑95, entered limp mode, and became unsafe to drive. It was towed to Jackson Kia. The dealership reported nine diagnostic codes, later increasing to fifteen, despite claiming the vehicle had passed a "200+ point inspection." They also admitted they do not have a BMW‑certified technician or the proper diagnostic tools. Critical issue: Before I could tow the vehicle to a BMW specialist for proper diagnosis, Jackson Kia erased all diagnostic codes, preventing BMW from reproducing or identifying the failures. This destroyed essential evidence and obstructed independent evaluation. I believe these actions constitute misrepresentation, failure to disclose known or discoverable defects, and improper handling of diagnostic information. These issues have created significant safety risks and financial hardship. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a reputable dealer. Nothing can change my mind at this point. Take heed, and go somewhere else.

    I brought my vehicle there on four different occasions in which they finally diagnose the issue as…read moreexcessive road force and stating the tires needed to be replaced however, they would not warranty replace them and told me I had to directly go through the tire manufacturer. Sounded odd so I reached out to a few other dealers and they said no that is not the practice in procedures to replace tires under warranty due to the fact your vehicle is a 2026 with less than 800 miles on it and should be covered by the factory warranty. So Bob Steele Chevrolet refused to service the vehicle and is an extremely poor business practice. While I appreciate that the service agent initially greeted me promptly and assisted right away, communication and follow-up throughout the process were significantly lacking. After my vehicle was assessed by the service technician, it was parked outside and I waited approximately two hours without any updates. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that the dealership was waiting for approval from the warranty company. At no point was I proactively advised of this delay or that the approval process could take several hours, despite my remaining on site. Ultimately, I left and returned at a later date after being informed that parts would need to be ordered to replace the tire. I then made an additional trip to the dealership for installation. However, the issue with the wheel itself has still not been addressed, despite multiple visits. To date, I have also received no communication regarding whether the warranty claim was approved or denied, and I am still awaiting a definitive response. Given the repeated visits, lack of communication, and unresolved issue, I have reached a point where I am strongly considering driving over an hour to another dealership to have this matter resolved.

I told him I was only looking--willing to take a couple for a test drive and that was it. Drove a gas model--then the Hybrid. Chuck explained what I could understand about the Hybrid and gave me what he thought was a fair price--told him I would have to go home and think about it He called me back and ran some more numbers past me--I told him again no thank you that I just wasn't ready to do this yet. Then I called him told him what MY bottom out the door price I was willing to pay and the dealership accepted my offer, I got exactly what I wanted for my 2022 Tacoma. When I drove off the lot--the car was clean--and I had a full tank of gas. Chuck was very helpful gave me his card told him I could call him any time with questions or I could drive over and he would help me with the day to day operations of the vehicle. I have had it almost month now still don't know what all it can do LOL but I do love it. The sales manager Kurt wasn't pushy --- made the whole "sign here" process smooth-simple and fast. When I went back in to trade in my truck the whole process from start to finish was less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Cocoa Hyundai Thanks Chuck

Courtesy transportation NOT! Calling me with accusations of damage to loaner vehicle they later had to walk back with apologies. I'm way old for this drama especially after spending $2700 for work I probably didn't need, who's to say? However I am lucky enough not to have to deal with crappy service. They are right I do need a new car and I will be trading in my car, at Cocoa Honda so I never have to deal with Hyundai dealership again!
