I had made arrangements a few days in advance. The work performed was changing the fork oil, installing brake pads, installing new back tire and a check of all important service items. I dropped the bike off on the afternoon before they were going to service it and they had it ready the next day. We like this shop for Harley service. Many of our friends get their bikes serviced here and they also have a high opinion of the business.

We kept bringing it to another shop and nothing worked. Finally, a friend recommended that we bring it to Frank's. Nothing was touched until we approved the work, which was explained to us in detail. The trike now runs like a fine tuned clock.
