I was in search of a bike carrier capable of carrying 2 e-bikes. I knew my regular bike carrier could not handle the extra weight of electric bikes. There were 3 carriers on display. The 3 costs varied from low, to medium, to high - targeting a person's budget and needs. Each were capable of carrying 2 e-bikes, but the differences in construction, stability, and added features led me to the Kuat NV 2.0. (the medium cost). Joe was excellent answering all my questions and he even showed me a video of the NV 2.0 that displayed all of its features and functionalities. It wasn't cheap but they offer 10% discounts for all former military, police, and first responders so that was nice. Joe took the display unit and put it on my vehicle in like 2 seconds. I love my new Kuat bike carrier. It's extremely well constructed and very versatile. I had a great experience and highly recommend you check them out.

I really enjoy my Norco…read more It recently came time to service my tubeless rtires I had some trouble maintaining air in my rear. I thought rim tape was worn. Being busy, I brought in and was charged $40. Fair! 3 days later the wheel was returned. It was not fixed - still did not hold air. How could they do that? So anfter inspection I noted that the valve nut was way too tight (not finger tight) and rubber o-ring damaged/split. I swapped it out. That helped some. Still would not hold air. Sealant was also non-existent. Removed tire - rim tape was not even correct width (28mm tape on 29mm rim!) causing air to enter into the cavity even with sealant. Spent another $40 more to replace the tape (30mm tape and sealant and new valve. Corrected it myself with an hour work. So basically I donated $40 for what I consider is basic maintenance- I will never take my bike back to them again. I support LBS but not this one.
