This is the Best Bike Shop I have every worked with. For the first time, a bike shop is worthy of my business. John helped me when I brought in 2 bikes. The first one needed a brake adjustment, which he did on the spot. The bike also possibly needed a tune-up, but when I talked to John in depth he helped me realize a tune-up was not needed and saved me lots of money. He could have let me order a tune-up, but he is thorough and knowledgeable and will not do repairs that are unnecessary. My second bike needed new grips and he replaced them while I waited and watched. I was done with all of this in under 15 minutes and while talking to John I found out he has had other jobs but came back to bicycle repair for the love of it. I have found a bike shop that won't rip me off, won't keep my bike for days at a time and understands the need to help their customers get back on the road asap. After a decade of searching for just a decent bike shop, I have found Kristian's Bicycle, which is beyond a decent shop and in the realm of best prices and best service of any business I have ever encountered. A1 service and more! We went into this shop on a Monday morning with a flat tire on one of our e-scooters. The owner, Johnny, was there and we could not find a better person to help us out--knowledgeable and fun! He put a patch on the tube in less time than you can think of! Following Johnny's advice, and not knowing how long the tube would last, we ordered a new tire and tube online, which were delivered at his store. Thursday, we were back in and he made the change to both our scooters as the second one was showing signs of wear and tear on the back tire. I brought in a new-to-me adult kick scooter for maintenance tune and repair of the handlebar stem. John quickly diagnosed the problems and estimated costs, got my agreement to proceed and checked it in. He called the next day to say the work was done! We started to hear sounds coming from our son's bike (he is 21 and has special needs, rides the bike daily!). I called a few shops and Johnny told me he would assess it at no fee! When I called about getting my bike repaired, the person who answered the phone said he could have it done in less than a day if he has the right parts. If not, he explained that it would be done by the following Monday if I brought it in that Saturday morning. After bringing the bike to another shop who said they couldn't get to it for a week and a half, it's a relief to know there are other places I can take it to and have it repaired quickly. read more

Took our bike in for flat tire. The owner is such a nice man and so accommodating. Helped us get bike out of car, stated we needed new tube and offered a heavy duty or less expensive one. He put a new basket on and I bought new seat he attached. So reasonably priced. Will go back here and when I need new bike I will for sure buy from him. 10 stars read more
