I love this place! After having the first pole I bought from there get pulled in the water, I went back and luckily Austin was working to help me find a replacement. I don't fish daily so I had a budget, not only is Captain Austin true to his word, he doesn't bs you and you can trust what he's saying. He even showed me how to setup up my new pole with fluorocarbon teaching me a couple easy knots (I've never tried it) and find the best hooks some lures he says he always has with him. The prices are already great, and most of the staff is awesome(dont go on sundays, rude cashier who seemed to be talking about reels he didnt know, but the manager and Austin and Kyle and long hair guy at cashier are good people) I'm new to fishing so I appreciate Austin tying on my leader showing all steps to strong knot(I forgot the name but it was cool) for me and also tying on a piece of leader to a lure with a loop knot (which I've never heard of) so now I have a new rod and reel plus it's setup ready to go and I know whatever advice he gave me is real. If you happen to be in there ask for Austin and he will be set you up, I've already learned so much in the 3 times I've been. Can't wait to go back!!!!!!

Having dealt with Chris, Stephanie, and Scott on several occasions, it's always been a pleasant experience. Whether it's baseball gear for my son, or soccer cleats and an air pump pin for my youngest daughter, I've always found the service to be fast, friendly, and polite. Prices are competitive as well. On my most recent trip to Scott's, my daughter needed soccer cleats. Trying on several different pairs before finding what she wanted, I found Stephanie to be especially helpful in making sure of proper size and fit.
