The shoe sales company, itself, I like. I really get enticed by their BOGO 50% Off offers any time I come in there (it gives me a great excuse to pick up two pairs instead of just one.) But the sales associates are less than friendly, regardless of the day or time I shop there, and there's nothing to mention when it comes to service. It's as if they are simply caretaking the place, and the way some shoes are just strewn on display, it doesn't look like their doing due diligence in that area. Shoe selection is wide and varied, but the actual sizes offered are always - and I mean always - hit or miss. Another source of frustration. I do like that the store is larger and has more of a selection, so that is plus to entice me to drop in when I'm in the area. Otherwise, it's a company that offers a service I do like, so I will come back even with the warts involved.

Typical mall setup at Melbourne Square. Kids shoes. Sandals. Boots depending on the season. Work shoes for men and women. Think Applebee's after work business casual in your leather Sketchers. The staff was friendly and consistently checked in with us. Need different sizes, colors, styles etc. Not something you get often now, especially inside a mall. They also carry the usual shoe accessories. Laces. Cleaner. Water protectant. Plus backpacks and smaller bags for gym or after school activities. Not a lot of cleats or sport shoes surprisingly. Probably head to a Foot Locker or Dicks for those items.
