Since moving here in May, I have stopped in for multiple reasons including make copies, send a fax, and return Spectrum equipment. Each time I found the employees at this location to be exceedingly helpful and efficient. The lines always move fairly quickly and typically it has been service with a smile. I needed notary service today and they were patient and kind as we completed the task. I did call before going to make sure they had someone available to assist and it cost $10. Quick and easy in and out and on my way. I will be back and recommend using their services. They have proven they are here to help. read more

Yelp won't let me reply to the business reply so here is my reply. Now Amazon has changed the return option to a more clear single option pictured below. As you can see it now says no box is needed and will only cost $1. I had the box and no tape and that alone cost $2. As a business, you should know better customer service and give your frequent customers a first-time warning, especially when they are shown the issue. And now this shows your location was clearly in the wrong. I will await another sarcastic response and see where this goes. read more

DO NOTE HAVE PASSPORT PHOTOS DONE HERE!!!! I spent a bit of money having passport photos done at this store for several family members. The passport photos were rejected by an official passport application service, specifically the Brevard County Clear of Courts. The clerk of courts told me specifically that the photos could not be used because of shadows. It's both true, that the photos do have shadows and that the US State Department website specifically states they cannot. When I went back to the UPS store and notified them of the rejections and presented evidence of photos with shadows, the UPS Store refused to refund me the service fee or offer to retake the photos. The UPS Store advertises the service on their website including the following description "The UPS Store location has the appropriate equipment and knowledge to ensure your passport photos meet all requirements for U.S. passports and other ID cards". Because this service was advertised as ensuring the photos to meet all requirements, and they did not, the service was not properly rendered in exchange for the fee paid. I'd recommend everyone go elsewhere for your photos read more

This is my go-to UPS. There is one man that is always working and he's wonderful. You will never see a line here because he's so fast. I've come on atleast five different occasions and they've all been friendly, fast and efficient encounters. I've come for returns (amazon), shipping large items and more. I love this location and will go out of my way for it because the service is so stellar. read more

If you enjoy, hidden fears, atrocious customer service, criminal price, gouging, and being ripped off, you will love this place. Attempted to mail a letter via UPS ground in state and was going to be charged $20 to do so. I went on the UPS website myself and purchased a label for $12 and emailed it to the store manager to print. He informed me it would be $4 for him to print the label, even though there is a sign on the counter that says $.25 for black and white copies. He said there was a $3.43 service charge on top of the $.25 for him to print the label. Yes, a $4 total charge for him to open an email and click print. On top of that, if I were to pay using my credit or debit card, I would have incurred another $1 fee so a $5 charge for them to print one single black and white page. I had my own packaging, tape, everything. Absolutely a 0/100 experience with price gouging at its finest. Avoid at all costs. read more

There used to be friendly, helpful employees here. Now it's only Mr. Negative and his endless talk of Amazon restocking fees, mis-shipped packages because you didn't pull off the little barcode label and endless excuses as to why he can't ship something. He spends more time talking customers out of business than he does talking them into growing the business. I know because I've been trapped in line several times listening to him tell one customer after another something negative, scary or worrisome. Dude shouldn't have a customer-facing job. I've decided I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to get to a different UPS store. read more

Yes the prices are higher than the post office but "Bobby" ( his American name) is always polite and helpful. Unlike the post office- NONE of my packages mailed from here have ever been lost, delayed, or damaged. I guess if people were going to "mail in" ballots this year they should have used this place. The US Postal Service is a hot mess & everyone knows it. Patience people- Bobby is the only one working and you still have a shorter wait than at a fully staffed postal office. read more

Well I don't have proof that they don't charge, since I Ellie never been charged . And I can understand if I was to walk in there bedding 15 labels printed or even 6, but I had all of my ducks in a row and unfortunately had overlooked 1 missing number on a vital barcode. Out of common courtesy, you wouod thInk since I had everything else all set, set up correctly, that I knew what I was doing, there would have been some understanding. This March I paid $70 to have a cashier's check overnighted for a lease security deposit. UPS failed to deliver the check by the time they guaranteed. They claimed the office was closed, which it wasn't. Then they changed their reasoning to say weather delays. I have been fighting with this store and corporate for 6 months to get my refund. They have told me to call corporate. Corporate tells me to call the store. I finally three way called them in June so we had all relevant parties on the phone at once to figure it out once and for all. Corporate agreed to send half of the money to the store and the store would need to pay the remaining amount due to whatever franchise/corporate policies/agreements they have. I have yet to get refunded any money and when I called they acted like they have no idea what's going on or don't remember the conversation we had. This store and the management is absolutely horrible. Corporate UPS clearly needs to reevaluate their processes and their store management. read more

I don't like this store. I don't like the guy who runs it. I don't like the fact that prices seem so much higher than the post office. It is good to return something to amazon because it is no charge. But I recommend for your other needs that you save some money and drive a couple miles to the post office read more
