BLUF: I swung by this place and was greeted with excellent customer service with virtually No wait time I swung by to mail something off during a lunch break. I was pleasantly surprised with the location, convenience, and overall experience at this post office. One of the first things you notice is the ample parking availability in the lot outside once you make your way in it's a simple layout and Fields set up for convenience At the counter, I was helped expeditiously and walk-through different pricing options without feeling like someone was trying to upsell me on anything. In this instance, I was sending a box with some time sensitive items that absolutely had to make it to their destination on time: I'm happy to report that they absolutely did! Nice post office , from getting in line, to paying for the packages to be shipped I had no problems whatsoever. Very clean inside and inviting. Quality service here, very reliable post office! Had a conversation with a woman at the front about needing to put two stamps on postage due to the card containing a gift card. The gift card was STOLEN from the card and tape was used to re-seal the envelope. Tape was not used to seal it shut in the first place!!!!! Absolutely astonished that this happened. The people are very nice. HOWEVER, we, like many other Florida residents, spend summers out of the heat and humidity of Florida. This is our second summer to be in our Wyoming home. Each time, we have filled out the required change of address, and EACH TIME, our next door neighbor is taxed with having to take our mail/packages to the Post Office and have it forwarded as it was supposed to be. Now, I have been notified that a package (which was supposed to be forwarded) has been returned to the shipper. I also understand from others that this is an ongoing, common problem! I enjoy using the vending machine located right inside the lobby. There you can send overnight, priority, and first class mail. Its very convenient and fast. When I have to wait in line the staff here is very friendly and helpful. read more

ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE IVE SEEN I A POST OFFICE. I got a message telling me that my package was delivered to my house, so I proceeded to look for my package and it is nowhere to be seen and the way my neighborhood works is we have a lockbox and there is a bigger lockbox for bigger packages. If you have a larger package the post office is supposed to leave you a key for the larger mail box..... well I did not receive this key so I drove up to the post office right after they closed and went the customer service button that they have inside and a lady came out to talk to me, so I politely stated that I did not receive the key for my mailbox so if it was possible for her to check and see if they have the package or to just tell me what I should do........ Long story short I sat inside of the post office for 45 mins to and hour waiting for her to come back and tell me what the issue was and she never came back. Then when I walked outside to leave (after ringing the customer service bell again and getting no response) I realized that everyone inside was gone. So thank you very much Usps for leaving me inside of your post office with no info on where my package is!. read more

What an absolute fraud. There is so much stealing and peeping in package to see if it contains valuables it's ridiculous. I have had 3 out of the last 6 packages "go missing" and of course it's the 3 that are valued over $100. Nothing but fraud in this building. read more

The best USPS branch I dealt with in 30 years of my adult life. i use their services 2-3 times a week and NEVER have waited longer than 5 minutes.
