You can't just go about throwing your important documents and paperwork into the trash set you up for failure. So I did what any person should do. I suppose I humbly called my nearest UPS store to verify the shredding capabilities. It only came out to $3.98 and I actually rounded up so I would say that the price point for my peace of mind was more than well worth it JC had great customer service and apologize for the construction, but it was super easy to park right in front and I was in and out in a matter of moments. All in all, I'm glad that I called they had to verify the service was available and I appreciate JC for going above and beyond and reassuring me of the standard operating procedure for shredding documents at no point that I feel rushed or as though I was inconveniencing him with questions. I appreciate that very much and that is what our ends this place it's fifth star.

I will never step foot in this store again…read more I needed to return something to Amazon yet I had thrown away the shipping box. The postage was already paid so I stopped in to the Mail Room simply for a box. The Mail Room had a medium sized box for sale for $4.95, a little high for a box but no matter. The trouble arrived when the clerk asked if she could mail it for me. "Well, I already have the postage and I have packing tape in my car do I should be ok", I said. To which the clerk replied "it is no problem. I can do it for you." At this point I agreed thinking how nice she was being. That was until she rang up the box and an additional $5 fee to 'pack' the box. Outraged, I politely made it clear I was I was not paying for the packing charge, though I still agreed to pay for the box. At this point the manager or owner came around to question the issue. I explained the situation, yet he insisted I pay the additional fee. I then asked him to remove my item from the box and give it back to me so I could find a new way to ship my goods. The owner refused my request stating that the box had already been cut to order and could not be exchanged. After much back and forth I once again agreed to purchase the box but refushe the packing fee. Finally, the manager cut open the box and removed the few wads of 'packing' from my non-fragile item. He then charged me for the box with an additional $1 for the tape that had to be used. I paid what was demanded, taped the box, applied the label, and dropped it at the post office. Not only will I never go back in this establishment, I will also smile bright the moment they go out of business.

They used to have boxes and packing supplies, cards and decorative mailers. Now it's a bare interior that doesn't feel inviting at all. Have been using this business for almost a year. Great service, kind, efficient…read more The lady that owns the business always gives different price points and options for shipping. I truly appreciate that. Stopped in recently and witnessed a very nasty female customer berating the owner...owner had to use the restroom and being by herself, locked the door for 3 minutes. The woman beat on the door and screamed about how she waited 15 minutes...um no. I was in my car prior to my arrival. In any event the customer tried to verbally assault the owner - she handled it with grace and kindness, explaining herself. The woman stormed off to which the owner offered her a good day. ( the angry woman had one of those giant Jeeps parked in the fire lane out front). Definitely recommend! QUALITY**PROFESSIONAL. I don't use this facility to purchase cards or gifts, shipping only. I do know they have lottery.

Apparently there are some restrictions in shipping cell phones. She later admitted she didn't know that. I'm pretty sure it's their job to know that. They represent FedEx but aren't actually FedEx. I can't put in a claim unless they do it and she refuses to. Zero customer service. I lost 157$ and an expensive cell phone. My son works off his phone and had to fly back to the United States. It would have been cheaper for him to fly back and me hand him the phone in person. It's been 6 weeks. I won't ever use this company of FedEx. The owner said she could have the phone shipped back for 97$. I don't trust her and refuse to spend any more money on this. Complete lack of knowledge for shipping internationally. So sorry I put my trust in them. Found out later that it would have cost 70 thru post office.
