We want to this UPS for an Amazon return drop off and we had a good experience. The store assistant was very friendly and super helpful. She even wrapped our return for us and wrapped it compensating for the area that our return packaging was torn. They do charge $1 for printing return labels, and they charge $1 for tape if you need any help packaging your return. This store gets bonus points because they sell 3D printed items. I am writing today to make a formal complaint of the dreadful service received from UPS located at 3810 Murrell, Rockledge, Florida 32955 on December 15, 2025. The older Asian lady working at this location does not acquire good customer service skills at all. She is very unpleasant, and I am sure other customers conducting business at this location experienced the same depraved treatment. She might be the manager at this location; however, she is rude, ignores customers who needs assistance, lacks empathy or understanding customer needs. I repeatedly tried to ask her a question about the kiosk machine, but was ignored and she refused to deal with my question or provide assistance. The aid was given when another customer chimed in and repeated my question, then more paper was put inside the self-assistance kiosk machine. After the paper was placed inside the machine, it printed out my Amazon label and receipt. The older Asian lady just placed it on the top of the counter and stated, I do not know who it belongs to. I stated, it all belongs to me. She walked away and started assisting another customer. I truly hope her behavior and customer service changes for the better because times are hard. I hope incidents like this discontinue and does not happen to me or other customers. I've come in multiples times in the last few years to drop things off for Amazon return or packages. I've finally had it. The older Asian woman who works there has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Completely miserable everytime you walk in. She's short with people. She never greets anyone and will cut people off and tell them to move aside if they're slow. She's never helpful, hardly goes out of her way to do her JOB. Had a horrible experience with the store. Your printing and scanning data is stored on their in store computer and requires an employee to review your documents before they can print or email to you. They do have the capability to by pass the storing in the in store computer but they refused when requested even after I reminded them that they are infringing on their customers privacy. The assistant manager Trish was indifferent to the privacy issue their printing and scanning processes are causing for the UPS brand. I definitely will go to staple now for these Services and have my data and information protected. I hope they get a class action lawsuit for this violation. read more

I went to the store today, the Amazon kiosk was down and 2 newer employees didn't know how to fix it. the manager came out barked at them and then when one said they needed help he yelled "I can only do so many things at once" threw a piece of paper on the ground and stormed away. later the phone rang and the associate picked it up, the manager yelled "Yeah, wrong line" on a heavily sarcastic and condescending tone". I knew it was the manager because I asked one of the employees he was talking down to and she said yes he was. Very friendly, helpful staff in a local UPS Store, that is within quick, easy access from Rockledge and Viera. Go here for all your shipping needs. But one great service they offer is that they are an official Amazon Return Center: Simply arrange to return your item through Amazon on your device or computer. Then take the item and the Amazon app with you to return it with no hassles. You don't even need to have the original Amazon packaging! They'll scan the barcode in your Amazon app and take the item from you, and you're done! In-and-out in no time at all. But they offer many other services that you've come to expect from UPS Stores. There is an older Asian woman who works here. She's so rude every single time you go in. She has no patience. She seems to think that when your returning Amazon items that it should be a 1 second event. If you take too long she starts helping other customers and she loud and rude about it. The two negative reviews of the UPS Store 3810 don't even live in San Antonio. I have known and done business with The UPS Store 3810 for more than 12 years and not once have I had bad service or felt ripped off, especially for $2, as one of the reviews stated. I am a small business owner and I can say with 100% confidence, based on my interactions with the staff here, that they absolutely care about the service they provide and the outcome of your products requested. Between Josiah (I believe he is the owner) and Andrew, I had three separate positive experiences between the two of them. I was in crunch mode one morning for marketing materials I needed printed for that day and Josiah ensured the speediness and professional quality of my resources needed. He didn't bat an eye when I told him how quickly I needed them (it was quite a short time span); he simply got to work and made my turn around time fast and efficient with a smile on his face. Josiah has a warm welcoming disposition and he takes pride in making whatever your requests/needs attended to are both professionally and aesthetically pleasing. Andrew was the second gentleman who assisted me in creating my rack cards. His customer service moves in complete fluidity with Josiah's as they share the common intention to provide as best an experience as possible for the customer. His turn around time and cost of the 30+ marketing materials I needed was done ahead of schedule and much lower than I anticipated. Each time I came in, the staff was always busy making sure everyone is attended to whether it is in regards to mailing, printing, or packaging items. Went to this local UPS store for two Amazon returns. Usually so easy, but I mistakenly had the wrong shipping label on one of the packages. Jessee ?, the person helping me couldn't have been nicer or more professional. She assisted me in getting the correct info, changed the label, resealed everything, and explained the entire process. Patient and extremely helpful. Spoke to the store manager, who was also informative, and accommodating. The store is very well kept, and has everything you need to mail items...packing tape, envelopes etc. If you live in this area great place to go. read more

This store has a lot of turn over and the employees have some really bad attitudes. i used to use this location for everything! When it changed owners several months ago, everything changed, especially the attitudes. Lately, it has gotten even worse. I am not retired and not your "Karen" or grumpy "boomer", I consider myself patient and kind. My only (3) times in this store to attempt complete avoidance of the USPS which seems to have experienced a serious decline in customer service let's blame it on COVID-19 or whatever suits us has been a total regret! I would describe the staff as rude, careless, lacking hygiene and common sense. I will spare you of my mailing debacle there but if you want somewhere that makes you feel welcome, is efficient and eager to help you mail something out ***avoid***this store. The issue in this store is clearly bad management and leadership which chooses to hire and train workers who simply don't like people and something that only Corporate UPS can address at this point. Paid for my box to be wrapped and shipped. I told her I want to wait till my personal package was wrapped before I left. She proceeded to help 2 people while I waited. When I asked why I got skipped she gave me an attitude and said they were a retail store. They have to take care of other customers. I said I am a paying customer and my transaction wasn't complete. My most recent experience with this UPS Store in Rockledge will be my last. My husband and I went in Saturday Dec 26th at 2:00 to send 3 vital packages to a relative on Long Island. Our first concern was whether we had made it in time for the Saturday pickup. We were working with Josiah the owner and were told yes. he verified the pickup was at 4:00. We decided to send the 3 boxes 2nd Day Air as they would arrive by Tuesday. We again confirmed that they would go out that day and again Josiah said yes. We paid the $200 +/- to have the boxes arrive by Tuesday. I checked the tracking on Monday and saw that the boxes did not leave the UPS store until Monday and were scheduled to be delivered Wednesday. I called the store and spoke with Nathan. He tried to tell me that the boxes did go out Saturday but they don't close out the weekend work until Monday. He gave me a number to call and I was told the boxes left the store Monday, not Saturday. I called back, spoke with Nathan again and was then told the UPS Plane was late leaving the airport on Saturday which was another lie. My husband is a UPS driver and he found out that the only thing that was being picked up on Saturday Dec 26th was Next Day Air packages, not 2nd Day Air or ground. The people in this store should have known this as this is their job! Had I known this, I would have paid for Next Day Air as these packages were vital and not Christmas presents. This store was great when the previous owner had it. The girls were great and always remembered my husband and I when we went in there. I will never give my business to this UPS Store again. I feel it is worse than bad to lie and misinform people. I guess they thought since I am a woman they could pull the wool over my eyes. They were wrong! read more

UPS should re-evaluate whether they want their brand associated with this particular store. These people are trying to literally rob customers, and I will be checking with the Better Business Bureau and checking the consumer laws regarding charging practices. I went in today and attempted to print a 1-page document off the copier/printer using a USB. The associate told me there would be a $2 charge for computer time, and I told him I was not using the computer. He said there would still be the $2 charge. Essentially they want to force people to use (or pay for use) of the computer when it is not necessary. The printers are USB compatible. I take real issue with the additional charge when someone using the exact same product (the copier/printer) to print off a 1-page document would be charged approximately $0.20. They either need to charge EVERYONE using the printer $2 usage fee for the 1st page or they need to install printers that do not accommodate USB's. But currently, these are illegal consumer practices and I will be contacting the BBB as well. I have used this store regularly, but I will not be patronizing this store anymore. Neither will I be using UPS (there are way too many alternatives out there...FedEx anyone) until they take some action to reign in this ship store using their name. read more
