If you are needing passport services then I recommend going anywhere else. I am usually a very…read moreunderstanding person, but I was shocked by the customer service I didn't receive by Michelle with passport services. She was extremely rude upon arrival, complaining that we needed to be quick because she has a lunch break soon. Tried rushing me and complained that I wasn't prepared when I do not have a printer, meanwhile she had a stack of applications. I don't know what it is nowadays but you wouldn't think disrespect would be tolerated in a position where customer service is a job title. I was so uncomfortable I left the appointment and will get services somewhere where respect is valued. I will not be back.

As I was leaving the town of Melbourne, FL, I looked up post offices. I tried to go to one in Melbourne, but I couldn't find it. So I ended up driving a ways on I95 north before I made my pit stop at a post office that wasn't too far from the interstate. This post office was not hard to find. It's huge. It is literally one of the biggest post offices I've ever seen. The only other one I've seen that is this big is the sorting facility in Charleston where all the mail ends up. This post office looked a lot newer than the one in Charleston. It is very modern looking and stands out when you look at it from the road. I went inside. The inside is also huge. I found the area where you purchase postage and what not. I grabbed a small cushion mailer that was about $1.19. I already had my postage, but I had to stand in line to buy the cushion mailer. There was a fan right by the line of customers that kept on blowing my skirt up the whole time I stood in a very long line. It was quite embarrassing, but how was I to know that they are not skirt friendly at the post office?? Anyway, the line was extremely long. The fan was extremely annoying. The staff was alright when I finally got up to the counter. It's a big post office, easy to find. I would not recommend wearing a skirt here though.

Absolutely worthless government union workers who do not care and are only collecting a check…read more Every time they raise the postage rates the USPS pension amounts go up. That is where all the money is going. Not improving service. USPS informed delivery shows that I should have received 12 pieces of mail since Saturday. To date I have received NONE! As I stood off to the side waiting to speak to a person in authority, the lone clerk behind the country loudly called out "Next impatient person please step forward". Not very professional but exactly what I would expect from a highly compensated union government employee who was annoyed because they actually had to do something. As of this writing nothing has been resolved, and I am still missing bills that need to be paid and other important documents that the Merritt Island USPS scanned into the informed delivery on line system 4 days ago but have not yet actually delivered. Now I get to jump through a bunch of hoops to pay bills over the phone, that are due but were never received. My usual postman who delivers my mail is excellent. He is very friendly and very efficient and very dependable. He is apparently out this week thus all of the current non-delivery issues that are happening. Asking the other highly paid postal workers to step up and do something to fix the problem is a total waste of time. They simply do not care and are only there collecting a check. But they are union and government workers so they will have a job for life.

Great place. Very efficient, cost-effective and well oiled machine of a post office. Thank you for…read morealways being there for my every need.

My parents live in a single family home within Aquarina Beach and Country Club in Melbourne Beach. They're on the list to receive Savings Safari postcards but no one within the community received one last week. I reached out to a couple of my friends that live on A1A in Melbourne Beach in single family homes and none of them got the card either. I also have a friend in Floridana Beach, she never got the card. I approached the mailman in Aquarina yesterday asking if he remembers delivering the 4x6 cards and showed him a picture of what the proof looked like. He explained he was off last week, for his birthday on 4/2. I requested that his manager contact me. The manager of the Melbourne Beach post office, Kim, contacted me and said she never received the 5000 individual 4x6 cards. I ended up reaching out to the Vice President, Steve, with Savings Safari. He claims the 5000 cards were dropped off at the post office but takes no accountability for them physically being delivered. When Steve contacted Kim at the Melbourne Beach Post Office she told him yes, the cards went out. I no longer trust this service. If I'm paying thousands of dollars on postcards, I expect them to be delivered and having a way of tracking them. Steve from Savings Safari is not offering to refund my money and according to him, the post office doesn't do refunds. I told Steve to cancel all of my future mailings going forward. I'm debating on disputing the charge with my credit card company since neither Steve or the postal service wants to resolve the issue. I've attached a picture of the 4x6 proof of the postcard below.
