Went here for the first time today because I had to send off a FedEx envelope. I was greeted by a very lovely lady named Joanna it was extremely helpful. This place seems like a one stop shop . They have so much to offer in regards to mailing off everything from envelopes to packages to having PO boxes and of course FedEx. I was able to send my package 3 minutes before closing. A nice bearded guy took my box and gave me the tracking number.

I called the guy that runs Mailmain Joey's, as when I checked my tracking number it said delivered in Austin, TX which was NOWHERE near the destination. He explained to me he wasn't aware of the original return to sender mistake in the first place, and that the girl that rand up the second order didn't explain that we had already been there/paid for this phone to begin with. He apologized and offered to cover the money we had paid again with a check or cash should we go get it. Revising my review because he made things right, also confirmed for me that my package was indeed not in Texas but did get where I was going. A quick call to the recipient confirmed. Kudos Mailman Joey's, you saved a customer with proper business tactics. Definitely use this service. this place is fabulous for so many reasons. hank and the girls are kind and always helpful. you rent a small box and you still can have gigantic packages come to you. they leave a little note in your mailbox. they sell cards, stamps, boxes, etc.i wish i knew about them last year. they are extremely reasonable. i never had a unpleasant moment there ever. they are open 6 days a week. i would give them 10 stars if i could. denise elkin-andrews read more

I had to mail my work computer to our company IT office and had my box and shipping label already printed- box just needed taping. The clerk at the desk told me to leave it- he'd take care of it. Stated I didn't need a receipt. I went out of town but when I returned I thought me new work computer had arrived. NOPE. The clerk tucked my printed label back into the box and sent me my old computer back to my house. Costs me 3 days of work. Never again. Total incompetence. Past experience at this location was more of the same- opening 20min late etc. I'll drive another 1/2 mile down the road to another UPS store. read more

Was once a long time regular customer, so much so that I knew everyone that works there by name and they knew me. I needed help getting a rug out of my car. They weren't that busy but I was told to come back later. I said I'd wait but was told that they weren't kidding, come back later. Needless to say, I have not returned. Going to mail one cd regular ups which if mailed within the state of fl is between 8 to a max of 12 dollars. This Belgium bearded boy tells me a price minimum of 15 bucks ahahaaaaa! What a joke. I'd give them a zero if possible. I called several times, over several different days, to find out how much it would be to have a small package sent there to be held for me to pick. Several times that I tried they would not answer the phone. Then when I finally spoke to a girl there, she said that the fee is $5, but I would first have to come in to sign a form authorizing them to receive any packages for me. I said that I wasn't in town right now and that I travel all over and no other mail services require that! I just call and tell them my name and phone # over the phone and that I'm going to have something shipped to them. I said I would be authorizing them verbally and that it is totally unnecessary for them to inconvenience potential customers by requiring a trip over there and they will lose my business since I'm not even in town yet and need items sent out today. She gave me the kiss off and hung up. Ridiculous red tape. I wouldn't have even called them if all the local ups stores weren't owned by one greedy guy that charges $1o per day, per package!!....but at least I don't have to fill out an authorization form there! This used to have fantastic owners. The new rather rude owner bet me today that I couldn't get my 1 lb 2 oz package shipped for less than his 18.79 cheapest charge shipping usps. I went to the post office and had the same exact item shipped for 11.70, and it weighed in at 1 lb 1 oz. His behavior was negative and nasty, not conducive of someone wanting to retain business. again, you defend your record of not losing packages. i must be the lucky one. i was never given a receipt for the missing package. i asked for a scan receipt every time. you know that as i have asked you personally 100 times every time. your employee conveniently failed to scan the second (stolen) box which leaves no record and he knows it. he then put it aside knowing that there would be no record or proof that it was received. he handed me a receipt with one item and said they are both on there. i had no reason to think he was purposely lying and put the receipt in my pocket. why should i pay $349 for his error or theft? fedex never touched it. it magically vanished when it was stolen in your store. no canned explanation by you even a million times will make this go away. thieves !!! rip off !!! i was forced to give one star or it would not let me send the review. my $350 rotel amplifier was stolen at the viera mailman joey's. i dropped off 2 ebay shipment for fedex. one arrived and one was stolen at the viera location. fedex has no record of a scan after 15 days. it was never handed off to fedex. the owner was indifferent about it and acted as if i was trying to scam him after shipping over 100 packages there in the last few years. he refused to check the security cameras to prove i dropped it off there. he lied about the cameras not working and would not help me. beware. your expensive packages are not secure and may not make it and it will be your loss. they will not help you. read more

I go here with all of my shipping and packing needs. For me, it's a lot closer than other shipping stores. They also have a notary. Prices are fair. They don't have a lot of staff, so you sometimes have to wait a little while, but it's still faster than the post office! read more

Sent a package thru mailman Joey's to my Dad for his birthday, express and paid for insurance as this was an expensive gift. Sent on Thursday for Saturday delivery, called my Dad on his birthday and he did not receive the package. The next day was Sunday. Waited til Monday and I called my dad at 11:00 am thinking it would surely be there. NOPE.! I go to mail store and the owner is there and says he fired the girl that shipped it. Who cares??? Where is my package? I give them til Tuesday and the owner says he is printing me out a play by play and it cost him $20 to print this and he is doing me a favor! I requested a copy of the form they said my dad signed. It was a scribble that no body could read. NOT EVEN A GOOD TRY AT A NAME! I ask for a insurance claim and the owner tells me he don't supply that. He said I have to call the sheriffs dept. in that area and file a report then I have to sue federal express. I said are you kidding me? He says he has dealt with insurance fraud before and I am looking at doing 20 years. I told the owner of mail man joeys that my father is a retired cop.
