Loses an extra star for not having a trash can inside OR outside; the worker (who is not at fault and deserves a living wage) said the store "wanted to limit customers'" garbage or something like... I'm not sorry, if you are open to the public, then having public utilities and furniture, like trash cans, is not only for the benefit of the public, but also ensures the cleanliness and environmental quality of the area. (pictured is not on the Staples site, but of a similarly-sized and situated Office Depot down the road to show how EASY it is to provide). Plus, the store is sited on a lot that contributes to detrimental automotive-focused suburban design - especially by its impervious paving and vehicular circulatory areas and parking in what should be contributing to a denser, walkable, multi-modal environment.

Utilized the curbside pick-up service twice and am completely happy! The first time, I placed my…read moreprinting order online and received both a text (you must opt-in) and an email once my order was ready, which was sooner than initially projected. The email included an "I'm Curbside" button. Within a minute, an associate was outside with my papers! He (I never got his name) greeted me with a smile (he was wearing a mask, but I could see the smile in his eyes and hear it in his voice) and asked my name to confirm. Quick and easy! Tonight was the second time utilizing the service. I placed the order again online and was given a projected completion date of tomorrow. It was already 6:45pm and the store was closing at 8pm, so I understood the delay. But, I needed the papers tonight, so I called the store and asked if it was possible to have it printed right away. The associate (again, I did not get a name) was very pleasant and said that he'd process the order as soon as it came through and mentioned that the store closes at 8pm. Twenty minutes after placing the order, I received an email noting that it's ready for pick-up. I again utilized the curbside pick-up service. And again, within 1 minute (seriously it was just a minute), an associate (I think it was the same guy that came out with my first order) was there! Pleasant and friendly! I've used curbside pick-up for at least a dozen other places; given the current times of social distancing. This has been the easiest and most efficient by far! Thank you!

The next day less than 24 hours later I brought it back, un opened, United damaged, literally in the same condition. All they had to do was put it back on the shelf. I asked for a refund was told they could not refund it to my credit card, like literally every other retailer in 2026 can. They was given the option to take cash. So I agreed. However the cash amount was nearly $40 less than the purchase amount. So ther policy is no receipt they will take it back but they make $40 by doing so. What a crock! NONE of the instructions showed that information. Cost me extra to send the sheet both ways. They lost my business. When you are not the only store in the area you need to go a little beyond with friendly services. Taking my business elsewhere.
