They create bold faced lies and do not take accountability. They will hang up on you as if they don't care or need your business. They care nothing for their customers. I guess being a corporate store (franchise) they get business just because people have insurance and HAVE to take their devices there. If you don't HAVE to, I highly recommend you don't take your devices there (unless you are OK with really, really bad service). I came to this store on 3/22/22, payed $233 dollars to get my screen fixed which I thought was excessive but figured I was paying for quality plus the owner also advertised "a lifetime guarantee." This was exactly the opposite, I came back to the store with the original receipt because the screen of my phone had popped out without any damage or fall and he refused to follow through with his word. Not only was he EXTREMELY rude but he tried to find any excuse to get more money out of me. I am a college student with a part-time job and for me it took extra effort to be able to afford fixing it at such high price. This selfish, arrogant man will sell you low quality screens that will shit out after a month then refuse to fix it at no cost out of greed. If you don't believe me, you can contact the General Manager for this mall and she will confirm that this store has had plenty of complaints that will cost him his next year's renewal. Instead of going here, I would recommend ITeck Repairs since they are neater, more professional, decently priced, good quality, and actually stick to the guarantees they advertise. I said ok how much would it be? and he told me the price which was $99. I paid him the price and came back the next day to get my phone. Staff are fantastic and knowledgable. There's also a little tub out front with 2nd hand phone cases for less than $5.. Mostly otter box accessories!!! This place I cannot recommend highly enough. Wait... you call yourself a "Cellphone & Computer Repair" shop, and you don't have a single pair of headphones? OK. I went in later to pick it up. $65 later, I'm handed a non-working iPod with no explanation. The only thing that DID work was the red warning to log in the apple.com. Again, this begs another serious question: Why was this not hooked up to an alternate power source to see if the new battery was necessary? S.O.P., boys, but no. Takes me back to 2 years ago when they handed me back a non-working laptop that was only in for a virus scan/cleaning. Only later did I find out that the hard drive was just bouncing around loose upon job completion. Certainly wasn't that way when I brought it in. They just neglect to put it back together properly.
