Bags break with no cleanup, no pickups, and worse. By now, my HOA was sending me letters because the mattresses had been on my driveway for two weeks. What is wrong with Waste Management? How can they blatantly lie multiple times? I suppose a monopoly can casually and blatantly lie and stay in business. I gave up on WM. We searched Google and found Team Titan. They had some very positive reviews, so I called them. Tim answered my call immediately and happened to be a few miles from me at the time. They scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM, and there he was, in my driveway, with his truck at 1:00 PM. They gave me a fair estimate, we agreed, and my mattresses and box springs were finally gone. Tim and his crew were very well spoken, dressed professionally, and very courteous. This is a perfect small business! Completely recommend them for your waste pickup.
