My furniture packed, moved and unpacked was estimated at 2 hours and it came in just under since they worked so well as a team. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. Like many people we thought we could do all the moving on our own and then it came to the day before we were supposed to be out and everything felt so overwhelming. So in the midst of everything we were also trying to find movers. We greatly underestimated just how challenging of a move this was going to be a black swan genuinely saved us. Not just that, they were genuinely some of the kindest people I have ever met. Even though moving can be an extremely stressful experience, if we had hired them from the beginning it would've gone so much more smoothly. Due to some unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control, I had to cancel our original move date with them on very short notice. Sky was so gracious and kind when I explained everything.
