Wesley, the owner and his crew moved the contents of our home into two storage units in Orlando where we thought we would only rent for a couple of months. Life in 2020 had different plans for us like it did for so many people. Six years later we finally moved our stuff out of storage to be near our new grandson. During the past six years Wesley managed our storage unit, and every year he checked in with us on multiple occasions just to see how things were going. He basically became friends with my husband and I, and we now enjoy the esteemed privilege of being his second longest customer! one week ago Big Man Movers packed up our stuff once again. The crew was very timely, friendly, and hard working! Before we left Orlando when everything was on the truck, we decided it would only be appropriate to have a photo op with Wesley! On the other end of our move several states away, Matt, the moving manager was early and ready with his crew to finally complete our "adventure"! I would very highly recommend anyone using Big Man Movers for moving or storing!

I asked around my neighborhood, and Skye and his team were highly recommended by many people. I'm so happy I hired them! They did a great job with everything I needed. They showed up on time, were professional, courteous and went right to work. I was a bit stressed because of different items going different places, and they remembered better than I did where everything was going. They wrapped all the items appropriately, and were very careful with everything. I will definitely use them next time I need anything moved.

Hands down, the best experience ever. Lionel (Manager) and Michael (assistant mover) arrived on…read moretime for my recent move to my new home. Most times, my furkids only like my boyfriend and my 2 best girlfriends, however they adored meeting both of the guys. What can I say? They have discerning taste! Lionel and Michael willingly worked their butts off getting me moved from my rental to my new house, and even wrestled with a king bed frame that was being difficult to take down. Although it began to downpour, the guys made sure that my items did not get wet, and got the other stuff staged in preparation for a break in weather. I have an extremely heavy and cumbersome china hutch that has glass shelves and it was no problem for them to transport without breakage, although the look on their faces when I told them I was looking to move that to a second level, was priceless! What was even better was the look of abject relief when they realized I was joking. The only thing that Lionel wasn't able to connect was the dryer and that's because the plug in the house is about 35 years old (original) and my dryer electrical connection is more recent. He told me exactly what to get, to get it replaced, and I have a service person coming out soon to take care of that for me. The rapport between both of them was also great; Lionel had no problem with Michael giving a suggestion on how to get my overly large, solid oak desk out of my office and while that will require another trip out, I have no issue with the result, at all. The owner of the business is also great. He came to my rental to provide an estimate for service and he was spot on with his time frame. I would suggest that anyone looking to move, do so with this company. I would also like to suggest to potential customers that they have everything marked clearly so that the set up at your new home (whether it be apartment or house) or place of business, goes as well as mine did. If you're on a second, third, fourth, etc etc. floor, let them know ahead of time so they can get their truck and moving equipment to the closest access point available. Luckily my home is a single story with doors that open wide, so again, there were no issues with moving in. Additionally, take advantage of their professional cleaning services too! Once I have the minutiae at the rental taken care of, I will have the Pink Moving and Storage clean up crew in to give it that thorough cleaning needed. I might even see if they can offer cleaning services on an ongoing basis as well
