We had an incredibly great experience with Get Done Moving this weekend! We bought a house and only had one week to find movers and really only one day available in our work schedules to get the move completed. I found Atis (owner) through a Google search and from the moment I filled out the interest form, Atis called me and set up the move. The fact that he could get us in his schedule one week before the move was so great! For the quote, he asked me to record a video of everything that would be in the move so he could accurately price out the move. This is a GENIUS way of doing it....no surprises or hidden fees...my quote laid everything out that would be packed. I had heard horror stories of moving companies in FL that quote you one thing but then have hidden fees when you go to pay. But this company did not do that at all!! Atis was quick to send me a quote which was very competitive among the other moving companies. What made me go with them is the personalized feel I got from frequent communications with Get Done Moving. After requesting a quote, I got the proposal within a day and I got a call the day before the move confirming everything. I also called him to confirm a detail in the move and he was very responsive which was helpful! For a 3/2 house, we had three movers and a 26' truck, and boy did we fill that up! Our three movers, Yanis, John Dos, and Edwin were AMAZING!!! Very professional, quick, thorough, and extremely helpful. The guys took great care to make sure our more delicate items were protected and they really thought about where to place things so as not to break anything. Amazing!! My husband and I were surprised at how quickly they were able to get everything wrapped/protected, loaded, and once we got to the new house, they were literally running up and down the ramp to unload things...unbelievable how they have so much energy!! This move far exceeded our expectations. I feel so lucky we found this company and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving. It's not often than one can say without any hesitations that you would recommend a company and hire again, however, for Get Done Moving services , I can wholeheartedly say they were nothing but awesome. Atis, the owner, was so professional and courteous from the first time he came to give me a quote, and I knew right away that I would go with his company. When moving day came, the guys showed up promptly, and were totally professional, friendly and actually had such a great sense of humor all of them, that they made the whole day fun. They worked tirelessly, always with a great attitude, and went out of their way to do a few extra things that I had not expected. Nothing got broken, their assembly of beds and such was perfect, it was a long hard day and they maintained their strength, professionalism, and humor through the whole day. They were such a pleasure to be around, that they made what could have been a long painful process a breeze. A few weeks later, when I noticed that a piece of glass from a coffee table was missing, I contacted the owner and he immediately checked for me and it was returned safe and sound. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company , the owner and his workers, and would HIGHLY recommend them! Get Done Moving, are one of the best moving companies I have use, from start to finish they were professional, Atis has been who I was communicating with and he made me more comfortable and confident that they were reliable and my property was going to be handle with care, moving day what!! these guys Shawn and Vance came in early with a smile ready to work they wrapped the furniture up and were out they probably were thinking this lady is crazy because I just kept telling them how you do that so fast , with all seriousness Shawn and Vance were fast but gentle with my belongings they secure everything they were very courteous and respectful. I really want to thank Brayan and Eddie, for being efficient, empathetic and comforting. I had an unexpected issue with 1 of my U-Haul locations. These guys arrived on time and informed to let them know how I would like to have my boxes stored in my other storage. They listened my concerns and were very patient when had issues with my other storage unit, they reached out to the owner of the moving company and informed him of the delay. I also called the owner and assured me everything was okay on their end. This was comforting to know, I was concerned if they had another job after mine. These guys stayed with me throughout the wait and that put me at ease. I highly recommend this company, they are very efficient, dependable, careful, great teamwork and fair. I was initially hesitant because this was a company without local recognition, but my fears were put at ease when I talked to Altis at the office. He was through and addressed my fears about hiring a moving professional by discussing details and calling me the day before to address conditions (in my case, a rain plan) and on the way to let us know he had encountered traffic. The three movers who showed up were professional and respectful; they declined to take a lunch because their goal was to get things done for us. They didn't pause to take a breather at any point with a goal of not running the clock for profit. I was impressed by their care on my wood floors and stairs - no marks, no scuffs, no near-misses. Easy to work with and more than capable. I'm actually sad this is our "permanent home" so I can't hire them for my next move! read more

Get Done is professional, polite, fast, and at a price that can't be beat! My son moved himself from Texas to Sanford,FL. We just needed help unloading his truck. Other companies I called quoted a "full-service" fee at almost $400! But Atis at Get Done quoted a much lower flat fee for two hours. Perfect! That morning they were running 15 minutes late so Atis called to let me know. So thoughtful! They got there, got to work, and even unboxed and setup some of our new furniture in less than 2 hours! Just used them for the 2nd time, first was a year ago. They moved me into my apartment before and now my girlfriend from her store room into her new place. The quality has not changed. They are still as professional, credible and affordable as always. The move took a total of 5 hours as she had tons of stuff and some very large fragile pieces and they handled all of them with the upmost care. They were very prompt and arrived before we did, they even helped take and replace her front door as she needed it removed so they could get her stuff in. After being canceled on last minute on the day we needed to move by our original movers we were scrambling to find another company and luckily found Get Done Moving and thank goodness we did because they were great. The owner is very nice and makes sure to communicate with you and let you know when the guys will be there to start the move. The movers were great and super nice! Super fast as well. My son, new to Orlando and knowing nobody, was needing to move, last minute, from one apartment to another. We just finished our move, and our experience with Get Done was fantastic! We had Alex, Alex, and Andre are our movers and they were just wonderful. We had a lot to take up and down stairs, including a really heavy sleeper sofa, and they made it seem effortless. Very kind, quick, and hard working. Amazing! Very professional and efficient. I was worried that being paid by the hour that the movers would take their sweet time. That was not the case! Best moving company I have ever worked with, easily. Atis, the owner, was extremely accommodating to my schedule, even calling me when other slots opened to allow me more flexibility. On moving day, the movers showed up 10 minutes ahead of schedule (never have had that happen before) and were extremely quick and professional moving my items. I can't say enough about what a wonderful job these gentlemen did!!!!! They packed and loaded my whole apartment on the 3rd floor I might add, made 2 stops, to pick up other furniture and drop off and set up a bedroom suite as well as unload and set up my house all in 4 1/2 hrs.!!! These guys were phenomenal! I can't believe they are showing one star on yelp. They wrap your furniture, pack the truck from top to bottom and are worth every stinking penny. I used Strongman Movers to help load my Pod and they didnt do anything as good as Get Done Moving. These guys are rock stars at what they do and if you're looking for a mover you should hire them.
