I did need boxes and Esteban ended up dropping them off to me which was really nice! My move took two days - the first for packing and loading my belongings and the second for moving and unpacking. The three gentlemen who did this for us, Arod, Josh and Gabe were really pleasant and efficient. The two days were long but went smoothly and although it was expensive, I felt like we got what we paid for and had no surprises with the bill at the end!

This was the first time I've used Headway in a move, and would recommend them for their commitment to an overall positive experience. ________________ I recently moved with help from Headway. The positives: the men that did my move were efficient, worked well together, and asked great questions regarding where items should go in the destination home. They had no trouble lifting the items and worked very quickly to get the items loaded and unloaded. However, I am disappointed that we were left with some damage to our furniture, including a nightstand I had just bought recently for our new home. I would've appreciated a heads up that the damage was made, but unfortunately nothing was said. This was realized after the moving team had left, and the damage is pretty obvious, so it's not like it was missed. I called the office regarding this damage and received no response. I would like to say that this move went seamlessly, but being left with major damage to furniture without being notified is a huge hit to what I thought otherwise was a pleasant moving experience...

When they looked at the load to move and the fragile items, he stated that wrapping and unwrapping does take time, and the time estimate was accurate. When you are paying a high dollar rate per extra hour, it helps to have an estimate of your final bill. All the furniture was moved without any issue or damage, delivered, unwrapped, and put in place as requested. Best part, they smile the whole time =) Check out the pics of wrapped furniture!!

The movers took a long time to move my things for my studio, but they did have to disassemble and assemble furniture which they did well. They weren't able to take anything not boxed so I'm still having to move things between apartments after my move like ironing board. I would've liked the upfront notice. The movers themselves were very nice and professional and obviously trying their best. If I was writing about my impression of them it would be 5 stars, but getting a receipt shouldn't be this hard. I used Yelp to find them too so sort of blaming this on Yelp.

Right away, I appreciated how upfront and honest they were with their pricing, and I loved that they are a family-owned and operated business. We scheduled our move about a month in advance, and they only required a very reasonable $100 deposit to secure our date. The day before our move, Genevieve called to confirm everything was set. She also let me know that the foreman would call the morning of the move to confirm their exact arrival time, which made the whole process feel very organized and stress-free. On moving day, I was introduced to our team: Richard (the foreman) and movers Aaron and Dylan. I showed them what needed to be moved, and from that point on, they took complete control in the best way possible. They worked efficiently and professionally, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. We were initially quoted 5 1/2 hours, but the job was completed in just 4 1/2 hours. Even better, we were only charged for the actual time it took--not the original estimate. That level of honesty is so refreshing. Richard and his team took excellent care of all of our belongings. Everything was wrapped in moving blankets and secured with packing tape, and all items arrived at our new home in the same condition they left our old one. I truly cannot recommend In A Zip Moving Company enough. We also learned that they offer out-of-state moves, and with several of our family members planning moves from California to Florida, we will absolutely be referring them to In A Zip.
