Came here for propane. Saw online that they have it. Kept my tank outside but went into the store…read moreto wait. The employee saw me and said I could wait outside by the tank. When I walked out there, I saw there is a bell button to ring for propane service. I'll remember that for next time. The employee was prompt and helpful. He was also very honest. He said my tank was half full! I had no idea. I just knew it was taking forever for my food on the grill to cook. If you pay by cash you have to go inside the store to pay; If you pay by credit card they have a swiper on their hip that you can pay with. Pretty neat! Parking is weird but plentiful. They have to keep lanes open for their moving trucks and trailers so it's lined up weird. Keep an eye out when you're parking. Inside the store they have a lot of boxes and mattress covers etc, all the things you'd expect of a Uhaul store. I can't speak to the availability of their moving trucks. I will continue to go here for propane. I feel like most places charge a similar amount.

I went twice and staff were sympathetic but I was told that only the manager could help me and that he would call me but he never did. I called many times and asked for him but I was always put on hold and no one would pick up (once I waited 20 minutes and then gave up). Hopeless!!!!! I finally called the U-haul national number and made a complaint there and after more interactions, I was reimbursed. But not for any of the time I wasted!

Then, calls my phone to come back, hands me a key then says here you go. While I was gone for his hoax, he runs my card to the limit without me there, I have nothing left. No money for movers. No idea why he did this to me. Then the AC in truck doesn't work. After getting a different truck, I file a complaint about my money being gone, and NO ONE gets back to me. They claimed without contacting me that there's no problem. I now have to go to my bank and who ever else because this is fraudulent use of my card.

This company is a joke. I'll never give another penny to this company.

These guys really take care of their customers. Would recommend anyone and everyone in the area. I drove 30 min to get what I need and I won't be looking anywhere else again. Such a great deal for so many quality boxes in different sizes. I also got scissors, 7 rolls of tape, a box cutter and a bag with a cool reusable water bottle.
