While it was convenient, it was by far more expensive than any other place in town or what we have paid in the past. The daily rate was so much we just paid for a whole month, even though we only needed 10 days, because it ended up being cheaper at the end. However it was convenient for us to go and get anything we needed to our camper and you get an access card to go in and out whenever you need. There is security in the form of a wall around the facility with barbed wire at the top, and all tenants have the option to get an access card.

She spent a very long time with me explaining every detail of the facility and took me on a tour in the golf cart and showed the inside of several available units to help me make a decision. She was extremely patient and very very kind. The facilities are very nice and clean and well maintained, their prices are comparable or less than others in the area, and it is easily accessible because it is right beside Interstate 417 and very close to Interstate 528. I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties.
