Now, the people who own and run Suntree Viera Business Center. Brian, Kevin, the office staff. I cannot say enough how well we have been treated by all of them. From moving in, to them stopping by to say hello, checking in to see if we need anything. I wish I could express how happy we are to be in this location. I said to Kevin a few weeks ago how I would have liked to have set up our shop here two years ago (instead of where we were...one address down...stay away)... but then I wouldn't appreciate how good we have it now. Pricing... we more than doubled our space. Went from about 800 square feet to 2,000 square feet and the rent only went up a few hundred dollars from the craphole we were in. We looked all over the UCF area before we moved here, and nothing, I mean nothing came close to what we are getting for space and rent. This group of people is amazing to work with, wonderful to have a conversation with, and are just all around good people. We are very thankful to have moved into our shop here.

We pay year-round even when we are gone for several months at a time bc we don't want to lose our spot! The price is a little higher than the local competition BUT they offer some amenities others don't, such as: TWO staging areas with power, for up to 48 hours. We use this both before and after taking our rig out on a trip to allow for moving into/out of and cleaning with AC on and slides out. A great benefit (as long as they aren't occupied by a tour bus or mini van that isn't even connected!?) A water spigot by the staging area for filling your tank or washing your boat. A dump station for....obv! Keypad so access is 24/7.
