Tiffany from a company that stages homes stops to say hello everyday. This group of people...this is how it should be working with other shops around you. Now, the people who own and run Suntree Viera Business Center. Brian, Kevin, the office staff. I cannot say enough how well we have been treated by all of them. From moving in, to them stopping by to say hello, checking in to see if we need anything. I wish I could express how happy we are to be in this location. I said to Kevin a few weeks ago how I would have liked to have set up our shop here two years ago (instead of where we were...one address down...stay away)... but then I wouldn't appreciate how good we have it now. Pricing... we more than doubled our space. Went from about 800 square feet to 2,000 square feet and the rent only went up a few hundred dollars from the craphole we were in. We looked all over the UCF area before we moved here, and nothing, I mean nothing came close to what we are getting for space and rent. This group of people is amazing to work with, wonderful to have a conversation with, and are just all around good people. We are very thankful to have moved into our shop here.

This company is the worst storage unit I've ever dealt with. When I went to move my stuff out after…read morejust 5 months, I was just 2-3 days late on my payment and they had put a lock on my door and I couldn't get into the unit. They had me pay a full month plus a late fee even though I was moving out just 5 days into the month. Once I paid everything so I could move my belongings, I found rodent waste, palmetto bugs and spiders everywhere!!! I called them down about it and they just said since I was the first unit from the door, it's normal! It's not normal. I've even had outside units before that had nothing like this before! Once I got up north unloading boxes, I found so much rodent waste, I had to throw away some of my belongings and had to wash everything that I could wash either in the dishwasher or washing machine. It was absolutely nasty!!!! I wouldn't recommend them at all! When I put a review on google, they responded to call them to discuss the issue. So I did. I was told I'm sorry about your experience but that's it. Didn't try to fix anything at all! So I put in the review exactly that, then they come back with the same thing, call to discuss this issue.
