My wife and she had talked multiple times before we arrived and welcomed her with a hug when we finally arrived. ;-) She had great recommendations on unit sizes based on our moving truck size when we showed up, and as it was a very hot day when we were off-loading she kept checking in on us and bringing us water to keep us hydrated. I put a blue-tooth thermometer in the unit so I can monitor the temperature as I have temperature sensitive items stored. I immediately found the unit wasn't being cooled. That was 2 weeks ago and I don't know how long the air had been out. I was told at the time there was a work order in for it. Still not fixed. 95 degrees in the unit as of yesterday. The manager is very nice, and understanding; yet I doubt can do much. She told me yesterday she would get with the District Manager to see if I can have a rent reduction. Today (after renting for 3 or 4 months,) that my rent was going up 45% because of "availability and demand." Poor excuse for an outrageous increase. I will never use Public Storage again.
