My wife and she had talked multiple times before we arrived and welcomed her with a hug when we finally arrived. ;-) She had great recommendations on unit sizes based on our moving truck size when we showed up, and as it was a very hot day when we were off-loading she kept checking in on us and bringing us water to keep us hydrated.
