The crew Joshua, Jonathan, Jaxson & DJ treated everything as though they were moving cartons of eggs. They were so polite kind & considerate. We worked together for two full days. So I got my storage unit back in November and I was paying $30 when I got the unit. I added on…read moreinsurance which was an extra $20. I was late a couple of months and the late fee each time was $20. So instead of my payments being $50 it was now $70. I took off the insurance that was $20 in hopes to have my fee at $30 but then they changed my rent fee to be $100. After I reached out to them to share my complaints they emailed me back to say they will give me a discount of $30 off until june. So having my monthly fee to $70. None of these changes didn't take place until I noticed that I was being charged for being late and once I took the insurance off. This very bad business practice and I can't wait to get my stuff out. I went on today to look at my documents and what do you know it's not there. it's completely missing from my account.
