The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

I packed up all our breakable antiques except 2 pieces of English art pottery. They were a 12" high Baby owl and a baby raccoon. I found them on the floor unwrapped with a bunch of pictures (we also have found the glass on some of them broke). The ears on the raccoon were chipped they allowed me $25. credit. Most of the power cables on printers, computer and lamps were pulled out and not packed with the device. They came back and found one of two I could not find. I found the last one today. They are very friendly but the young men are either poorly trained or do not care. Of course we find that in all lines of work nowadays.

I clearly had each box marked as to which room it goes. They would also ask me, I finally started saying "what's the box say?" Moving is stressful as it is, I would know, I've done it every two years most of my life (military). This was pretty stressful. I also tipped generously because I know moving "stuff" is not easy.
