Paul, owns a construction/remodel company. Jason, building out a Sprinter van. John and Tim from 321BadWood/VR3. I have a question, these guys stop what they're doing and come over to help. Tiffany from a company that stages homes stops to say hello everyday. This group of people...this is how it should be working with other shops around you. Now, the people who own and run Suntree Viera Business Center. Brian, Kevin, the office staff. I cannot say enough how well we have been treated by all of them. From moving in, to them stopping by to say hello, checking in to see if we need anything. I wish I could express how happy we are to be in this location. I said to Kevin a few weeks ago how I would have liked to have set up our shop here two years ago (instead of where we were...one address down...stay away)... but then I wouldn't appreciate how good we have it now. Pricing... we more than doubled our space. Went from about 800 square feet to 2,000 square feet and the rent only went up a few hundred dollars from the craphole we were in. We looked all over the UCF area before we moved here, and nothing, I mean nothing came close to what we are getting for space and rent. This group of people is amazing to work with, wonderful to have a conversation with, and are just all around good people. We are very thankful to have moved into our shop here.

Unfortunately she lost her keys. Usually that is a bad thing and still is in and of itself, but what ensued is one of the more beautiful things I have experienced in a long time: Was working unloading my vehicle at a rental home and received a call from your business letting me know that mom had lost her keys . Rushed down to bring the spare key to mommy and we were able to easily unlock her car door. But unfortunately could not find her car keys inside the car. Hayley in the office and Lee both had already been helping mom to look for her keys and continued when I arrived! We re-searched the car, entry area, office counter, restroom, mom's purse and everywhere else possible. Lee even went through the trash he had taken out and Hayley looked under the office desk. Since your business is spotless and uncluttered everywhere, it was quite easy to search but we did so multiple times. Closing time came. Haley and Lee stayed ...understanding my concern about mom's house and car keys being lost. Lee and I went through mom's car several times checking EVERYWHERE! He even had her back out to make sure if the keys weren't hiding under a tire. Haley looked multiple times inside. I felt so grateful for they're help so incredibly above the norm!!! By this time it's about 5:45 pm way past closing time. No keys still. It was very hot and Hayley had wisely had 81 years mom go inside to stay cool. Despite the importance, we could no longer keep these folks from their families. Went inside and ask mom to check her pockets for the third time. OMG, the keys were not in her pockets, but could see them in a little tiny nook in her jeans as she looked! For their selfless, kind and extraordinary efforts, I tried to tip Hayley and Lee, who both refused at least five times citing some rule and returned my tip. As owner of A/C Storage, in light of your employee's extraordinary kindness and efforts, I ask you to "bend the rules" and allow me to thank Lee and Hayley with a small gift in gratitude!?! I am also quite willing to pay the hour and a half of overtime (45 minutes each) caused by our dilemma!?! Formally the Publix building & placed within the overspill parking area of Merritt Island Mall, also backing up to the Veterans Park. The utilization of space this building offers has not been wasted by U-Haul in providing extremely upscale units in mass, with four (4) sizing options all under air (an absolute must in Florida) accented by a HUGE frontal loading area that allows a full size U-Haul truck to actually drive & unload within the building, providing an ease I have yet to locate elsewhere! With rainy season close it may prove to be an exceptional example of critical thinking ahead and before anyone else. The 24 hour security monitoring extends a feeling of safety not only to when inside the property, providing also an additional extension in knowing your unit and all it contains is under the watchful eyes behind the many cameras, when there? And best of all continuing care when you are not! The administrator of this tremendous new faculty, is manager Mr. Andrew Hutker. I encountered a small problem regarding the alarm attachment sounding from touching my storage unit? Woosh, and it was expediently rectified! His helpful attitude & knowledgable assistance provided locating the correct unit both for my needs and budget, handing me a lock to secure! Removable if one supplies their own, cargo vans, cardboard boxes of every size, tapes, packing supplies, moving tools (called hand carts?) ropes & tie downs, covers for everything (not joking, literally EVERYTHING including TV covers? Never would have thought it! Down to booties that prevent shoes from leaving dirty prints! so much the lyrical partridge & pear tree comes to mind, as clearly seen? If you need it? They seem to have it, literally any item to make your packing seamless and lessen the stress before it begins I know this is a lengthy commentary on U-Haul Storage in Merritt Island & U-Haul Rentals in Rockledge? I wanted to be thorough & complete as possible within the attributes of both locations as when you need storage? A rental truck? Or supplies to box up or pack in? I find it helpful to know what to expect in service, as I find moving extremely stressful and transferring belongings to storage anxiety ridden, and if unprepared in where to get what and who to speak to once arrived? I prefer knowing before going, where experts know what I do not, & those professionals still find customer satisfaction a huge part of industrialism. To find the marketplace allowing one stop shopping, instead traveling to many and finding only absence available from the list of needs... Truth be told? Its unique these days to have a question answered with assurance and not ignored with haste, a functioning establishment providing all provisions & that raises my expectations for the next time. They are energy friendly, which is cool. There's a small light that stays on but when we walk into the hallway the main light turns on. I pay my accounts (two storage units) automatically and on-time every month. One month (December 2020) they mistakenly applied my payment for one account to the other account. I sent an email, and while they properly moved the mis-applied payment to the correct account, they also DELETED my correct payment. Where it went I have no idea; it is somewhere within CubeSmart. They acknowledge they made this error, but have not corrected it because "their accountants only work certain days of the week, and the district manager only works certain days of the week, and they have other issues they have to address, not just yours." I have spent countless time and emails communicating with them and have made no progress EVEN THOUGH THEY ADMIT THEY RECEIVED THE MONEY AND THEY ADMIT THE MISTAKE IS ON THEIR END. After working with them on this for 10 days, today I received my second late notice with late fees applied. I am beyond furious with their lack of professionalism in resolving this. I continually am told their are working on it, but to no avail. Last Wednesday I was told the person who was supposed to work on it was "working on something important for the boss" and therefore couldn't work on my issue. I'm now told they will try to work on this on Tuesday, 1/19/21. We'll see.
