I was there helping a client move out of her storage unit on the 1st day of the month. She's elderly and has been paying for the unit over 10 years. They decided to charge her for the entire month ($240 for their smallest unit) knowing she was cleaning out and leaving in the next hour. 9h of the month had passed and the entire unit had been swept and emptied. When asked if anything could be done there was not even the slightest inclination to discuss further. Absolutely terrible and shameful way to treat another person, especially the elderly.
