The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. The most appalling experience I've ever had to deal with. Don't be swindled during pre-sales, they will respond to your texts, call you back, and "ensure" they have you covered. They were supposed to show up at 8:30am. 9:30... 10:30... they finally called us back, gave us some excuses for why they were late and said they would be here at 12:30pm. 1:30pm... 2:30pm... 3:30pm... 20 calls later. NO Response! Nothing. They just didn't show up and we had to call a different moving company for the next day. Thankfully we did not give them a deposit.
