Even more alarming was the fact that a staff member wrote down the lock code that I was told would be known only to me. This contradicts Reliant's claims about secure, individualized access and raises legitimate questions about how many units under their management are actually vulnerable due to internal access. I was also informed by a manager that the facility was equipped with 'hidden cameras,' which I later confirmed did not exist.
