Brent did a site visit at my home to give me an accurate quote and told me if I need boxes prior to my move, I could pick them up from their warehouse. I did need boxes and Esteban ended up dropping them off to me which was really nice! My move took two days - the first for packing and loading my belongings and the second for moving and unpacking. The three gentlemen who did this for us, Arod, Josh and Gabe were really pleasant and efficient. The two days were long but went smoothly and although it was expensive, I felt like we got what we paid for and had no surprises with the bill at the end!

He advised they typically have a minimum 2-hour rate but given we just needed a single appliance haul away he would work with us. We're so glad that Jonathan said yes they could help and that he could come immediately.. Seriously.. he jumped in the truck and came immediately to our rescue. Jonathan and his son were extremely nice and professional. They immediately provided their ETA once we provided our address, and they provided another update when 5 minutes away. And that is in addition to the extra hour they charge you for transportation fee" then when you talk to them about what a "deposit" means, they don't understand, grammar or plain English and insist that "the $150 is not a hold or an add-on." They just don't understand what they're saying and don't hold them accountable - they're just not smart. Don't use them. They're not polite and they lie. She also let me know that the foreman would call the morning of the move to confirm their exact arrival time, which made the whole process feel very organized and stress-free. On moving day, I was introduced to our team: Richard (the foreman) and movers Aaron and Dylan. I showed them what needed to be moved, and from that point on, they took complete control in the best way possible. They worked efficiently and professionally, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. We were initially quoted 5 1/2 hours, but the job was completed in just 4 1/2 hours. Even better, we were only charged for the actual time it took--not the original estimate. That level of honesty is so refreshing. Richard and his team took excellent care of all of our belongings. Everything was wrapped in moving blankets and secured with packing tape, and all items arrived at our new home in the same condition they left our old one. I've never had to refill my propane tanks. I would always go to Home Depot and replace the whole…read moretank for $24. Someone told me that U-Haul refills tanks. I wanted to do this because I still had about 20% of propane in the tank but the pressure was too low for my BBQ grill and my stove burners. I parked by the propane tank. It's that phallic looking tank right as you enter the driveway. There's a button to press to ring an attendant. They will refill your tank and you pay with your credit card on the attendant's cell phone. It had a credit card processing app. For two tanks, it cost me $31. It would have cost me $50 at Home Depot. The process was very easy. See my pictures.
