10/10 recommend !! I unfortunately received an eviction notice on July 31st!! I called Just move it at 5 AM because I was up and the hours stated 24/7! I spoke with someone who was very understanding and said he would see what he could do with it being last minute. I had nothing but heavy dressers and a king size bed and lots of heavy stuff and not to mention I was on a second floor but He was able to assist me and squeezed me in! The workers were on time and got straight to work! I love that they offer Zelle and I didn't have to pay until the job was done. I wish I had more money and I wasn't in his hardship because I would've definitely given both workers a good tip! I would absolutely not use Brian (owner) again for any service he offers. Not only did the team damage things, and they have you sign a ridiculous maximum they'll pay for broken/damaged items, they'll also send a completely unprofessional team who claims they can handle the work in a timely fashion but bill you 10 hours+ for a local move. They didn't even place all items properly and/or dispose of their trash they used to wrap my items with. And, last minute the owner will charge you MORE per hour PER MOVER to profit on both increasing billable hours and $/per mover. Owner is also extremely unprofessional and claims anyone who isn't satisfied with his ridiculous offers after the fact is "committing credit card fraud". I hate bashing small businesses - so this pains me to do. I've had 0 problems, ever, with any moving company and/or handyman business. The owner is massively hard headed. And I'm sure he'll respond with the same recycled sentiments he's been giving me catching me on a "gotcha". read more

10/10 DO NOT USE The owner Brian will gaslight you and not take ownership for his actions. He will tell you one thing and that will not happen. What I was advised would happen did in fact not happen and the amount of time I heard ma'am I would never say or quote that.... When I have some of the items in writing!!! The movers were over an hour late, did not protect our items, stole guitars and a bass amp, left the house a mess, left furniture blankets, took my drill, left the garage a disaster, plastic wrap all over. The house we moved out of was left a mess and they smoked in the house and left cigarett butts in the yard/bushes. I could tell you the whole story but Yelp has a character limit... let's just say if you want your items treated like garbage or stolen go with this company. The owner should be ashamed that he prides himself on Veteran owned because being from a highly decorated military family, this is not how anyone should treat a customer. Don't be fooled by all the good reviews! Cory and Andre of "Just Move It" were fast and friendly, but at the cost of missing and damaged items! I've been trying to work things out with the owner, Brian Green, but he refuses to accept accountability. He says he's 100% positive nothing happened, even though he wasn't there!! While the movers were packing items, I noticed they were about to pack my Pampered Chef baking stones without wrapping, so I had to let them know those needed to be wrapped. They didn't have a mattress cover for my mattress. When I asked them about it, they said they were told they wouldn't need one. I definitely didn't give that direction! The movers told me they didn't feel comfortable moving my computer monitors, even though this was a full service move job. I had to transport them myself; what if I didn't have the means to?? The movers struggled to get my couch out of the door, damaging the couch leg and apartment door, and putting a small hole in the material on the side. When I confronted Brian about that, he said the movers said they told me there would be damage and I would be fine with it. Ummm excuse me? Why would I be ok with property damage and damage to something that isn't my property and risk losing my deposit?? Other movers managed to move this couch without any damage, but not Cory and Andre. While unpacking, I noticed damaged and missing items. My Blu-ray player and the remote are missing. Brian told me it was in the box with the living room stuff but it definitely was not!! Several kitchen items are missing, all which were in the same cabinet so I'm assuming it was all in the same box. Contents included a cutting board, several baking dishes and some cooling racks. While unpacking my drinking glasses, they were wrapped in pairs and not singularly. One of the glasses were cracked so I had to throw it away. My wooden DVD storage tower wasn't packed or wrapped so it sustained some chipping out of the wood. I've been going back and forth with Brian on these matters for a few weeks and now he won't reply back. In his world, he thinks he's running a perfect ship and absolutely nothing will go wrong. In reality, something can go wrong and mistakes can happen; it's all about owning up to those mistakes. Which Brian and "Just Move It" refuse to do. read more

Who said moving has to be a nightmare? Just Move It took away all the anxiety about our move from NJ to Brunswick Forest and actually made it such a pleasant. We moved from a house that we lived in for over 25 years and we had lots of stuff. Stetson and his crew of 5 packed the entire house, and moved our antique vechile. These guys had the best attitude, laughing, joking and sing during our three day move. I can not recommend them enough. Fairly priced, and absolutely proffessional! read more

The owner is harassing me because I gave a bad review. If he did the job right he wouldn't have me or anyone else to worry about but as you can see he just keep on and on telling one lie after another. I told him that I would complain about his business to all agencies that will allow me to complain about unfit service. I posted pictures so everyone could see what horrible job he does and how they don't care if you ask them to wear masks they don't wear them. Listen folks this guy is nothing but a clear scam artist. He reminds me of the type of person that will help an elderly lady across the street while going through her purse to take the last money she has to live. I clearly would never write a negative review if his company did a good job but "Just Move It" is a horrible company. If he took care of the customer then he deserves praise but on the contrary, he failed, and as you can see he dodges taking responsibility. By no means am I finished with my complaint I am just now getting started as I find more government and other agencies that I can complain to I am even writing the Attorney General. I called Just Move It yesterday for help unloading a U-Haul truck for our 3 bedroom apartment up on the 3 floor of an apartment building. Brian and two other gents arrived on time today and have already unloaded all our stuff! They also helped assemble the beds. The crew arrived on time but I feel like 1 of the 3 wasn't working to his best potential (kinda dragged his feet & went for the easy stuff). My dressers were falling apart by the time the delivery was finished. I wasn't about to pay for an extra hour while they fixed what they damaged. I was able put things back together, but it surely won't make it through another move. I was charged more than quoted but am too exhausted after the move to argue over $60. I wasn't impressed & kind of feel like I was taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation (moving twice in one year takes its toll) & this year has been tough regardless. read more

I needed a 500 pound safe picked up at the store, and delivered and set up in my home. They put with me calling them six times over the weekend to coordinate the pickup and delivery. When I arrived at the store they had already been there for 20 minutes (they were early- nice change). Then when they got to the house they were extremely careful protecting my new floor when moving the safe through my home, Their price was 25% less than another quote that I got, and their work was excellent. This company saved our lives! Our moving company bailed and left us high and dry. We ended up renting a truck, packed it ourselves, and drove from CT to FL all within 48 hours with no sleep. My husband knew we'd be bone tired once we reached FL. This company, this amazing man Brian and his colleague, with less than 24 hour notice was able to save us and unload the rental truck. It only took a few short hours once we arrived in FL for them to complete everything. Very professional, humble, and personable. They totally understood our exhaustion and were so courteous and kind. I'm not usually a person who sits idly by but I had nothing left. We hadn't slept in 48 hours and I had nothing left to give. If it wasn't for Just Move It I can guarantee our stuff would have sat in that truck for a few days while we recouped. Give this company a chance! You won't be disappointed.
