On the day of the move, they texted me with an ETA and were right on time as per the 1 hour window discussed. They were polite and professional and got right to work. My furniture packed, moved and unpacked was estimated at 2 hours and it came in just under since they worked so well as a team. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. I would definitely use them again.

When she called to check on it the manager a lady was so rude to her and me, she told the worker that the customer should never see the iPad amount??? How when the customer has to review and sign. Anyway it was four movers a lady and three men. To me they were extremely nice and worked hard however after some days I noticed that my beds in some of the rooms were not put up, the glass on my patio table right now is still outside leaning up against the wall, the washing machine is missing all for legs and the dryer has some scratches and they never brought the vent in to the dryer and when Best Buy came to connect the washer and dryer I had to buy another vent for the dryer. And to think after paying the amount I paid I still tipped them all $50 a piece. I'm definitely going to file a complaint with my proof of different amounts I have as proof to the Better Business Bureau. This company is a waste, scam and fraud. It was my fault for not doing my research on this company and now that I'm thinking about it where did my $100 deposit go to? Hmmm

These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. Obviously they have the right to operate that way, but it is not customer friendly and is just bad business. I've had storage units with Extra Space at multiple locations on and off for 10+ years now. Extra Space has always increased rent by a noticeable amount, but in the past they occurred once or twice a year and were a fraction of the amount. Alternatively, I had a storage unit at Public Storage before relocating and received one small rate increase over a year or two.

It was late in the day so I thought they would go out the next day but they said they could take care of it the same evening. I could pay online and didn't have to be there. They took a picture when they arrived and sent it to me. Then they took a picture to show me they were done. It took them no time at all and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. They didn't have a motorcycle hauling set up ready to go but we told them what we were trying to do and they custom built a motorcycle wheel truck from scratch with barely 24 hours notice! I used Jesse Stephens moving a few weeks ago and was pleased with the service. I had an afternoon move scheduled and they were running behind but he alerted me several hours prior to my scheduled time that their first move was taking a bit more time so I was able to get other things done instead of sitting and waiting. It was nice that he was proactive in seeing the delay and alerted me to it. They took great care of my stuff with making sure it was wrapped well, and packed tightly into the truck so it wouldn't move around. I feel like things could have gone a little quicker, but I imagine they were probably tired from their first move of the day. If I did it again I would definitely go for first of the day appointment so they're well rested because tired and taking longer meant that I ended up paying a bit more than the estimated price. They were champs with carrying some pretty heavy furniture up the stairs in my new home and didn't complain about it. I feel like pricing was in line with, maybe even a bit cheaper than other companies I've used in the past. I would definitely use this company again, although hopefully I don't have to move again for a while! Thanks guys! read more

EVERYTHING I'd read about Jesse Stephens Moving was absolutely true! Always arriving when they said they would. Extremely courteous, helpful and very careful with not one item damaged or lost. What a pleasure working with someone who is genuine, on point with the estimate of packing, loading, unloading time and cost of packing materials. I have used Jesse Stephens moving services before and they just moved my four bedroom house again last week. Let me say, these guys are amazing hard workers. Jesse came with a helper the day before and packed up my whole house in a matter of a few hours! The next day Jesse had two helpers and between the two of them and Jesse moved everything very efficiently and safely. Not a single thing was broken and Jesse was very accommodating to all of my requests. He even offered to put together a new bookshelf I bought that was in the box. What a nice guy! These folks are top notch. Their rates are pretty competitive relative to what their competitors charge, and they're worth every single penny. I did need boxes and Esteban ended up dropping them off to me which was really nice! My move took two days - the first for packing and loading my belongings and the second for moving and unpacking. The three gentlemen who did this for us, Arod, Josh and Gabe were really pleasant and efficient. The two days were long but went smoothly and although it was expensive, I felt like we got what we paid for and had no surprises with the bill at the end!

However, I am disappointed that we were left with some damage to our furniture, including a nightstand I had just bought recently for our new home. I would've appreciated a heads up that the damage was made, but unfortunately nothing was said. This was realized after the moving team had left, and the damage is pretty obvious, so it's not like it was missed. I called the office regarding this damage and received no response.
