These guys are the best. They got to my house early, 2 trucks and 8 movers. Rey came in intro'd himself and Edgar said, "Hi" with a smile. They all came in polite and ready to work. They covered, wrapped and labeled every piece of furniture we had, and did it with care. We had some big, heavy pieces of furniture, they didn't complain and they moved us from a 2-story to a 2-story. And not only that, but they were quick about it. We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. The only thing we regret was not contacting them sooner and choosing them as our original movers. We can't say enough nice things and HIGHLY recommend Orlando Express Movers. There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.

Brent did a site visit at my home to give me an accurate quote and told me if I need boxes prior to my move, I could pick them up from their warehouse. I did need boxes and Esteban ended up dropping them off to me which was really nice! My move took two days - the first for packing and loading my belongings and the second for moving and unpacking. The three gentlemen who did this for us, Arod, Josh and Gabe were really pleasant and efficient. The two days were long but went smoothly and although it was expensive, I felt like we got what we paid for and had no surprises with the bill at the end!

The positives: the men that did my move were efficient, worked well together, and asked great questions regarding where items should go in the destination home. They had no trouble lifting the items and worked very quickly to get the items loaded and unloaded. However, I am disappointed that we were left with some damage to our furniture, including a nightstand I had just bought recently for our new home. I would've appreciated a heads up that the damage was made, but unfortunately nothing was said. This was realized after the moving team had left, and the damage is pretty obvious, so it's not like it was missed. I called the office regarding this damage and received no response. I would like to say that this move went seamlessly, but being left with major damage to furniture without being notified is a huge hit to what I thought otherwise was a pleasant moving experience...
