I was very pleased with WrapIt moving from the initial contact to completion of the move. I would recommend them based on the ease of contact, efficiency, flexibility and value. I found them to be much more economical than their competitors for a local move. The initial contact was easily made via their website and they contacted me within 24 hours to schedule the date and place a deposit via Zelle. The actual move was excellent as well. Although my move was fairly simple with several pieces of furniture and boxed items, they still wrapped most items to protect them. This was the easiest move I've had. They were just a bit late, less than half an hour, but they called me well in advance to know! This was quite different from my past experiences with other movers. The guys were super efficient and never quit moving, even in the hot Florida sun. They packed everything so neatly and well protected. Moving was very slow and unprofessional. Talking on the cell phone and playing basketball in my driveway, then having the nerve to charge me for going over by 10 minutes. Things were wrapped nicely and there was no damage but I wouldn't use again. read more

The reviews gave me confidence to use this company to move my $4,000 brand new bedroom set. They dropped my $1,800 dresser and cracked marble top. They refuse to replace it... even a percentage. Larry waived my $580 moving fee as if that did me a favor because now I only have to pay $1,200 to replace the dresser. This is his logic. I never got paperwork prior to the move yet they want me to follow policies that I never signed for. They do not use an insurance company to replace damaged items when they are responsible. There are many other companies that will cover for your damaged or lost items. Please inquire about their policies to confirm why you should not use them ... no peace of mind! read more

I am one very happy customer. Larry and his team were very professional and accommodating. We scheduled packing on Friday and we're going to move the next day, however, Larry offered to change his schedule and move us the same day if it was more convenient for us. He called in reinforcements and the packing and loading frenzy started. They disassembled and reassembling the furniture as needed (which was a big help.) Big Boy movers were absolutely wonderful. Due to unexpected delays in our closing, we had to reschedule several dates and Larry went above and beyond to accommodate these schedules and stayed in constant communication with us- he was always very prompt returning our calls. I just moved from out of town. Having packed the truck and drove it 1,700 miles, I just wasn't in the condition to unload it. I looked online for movers, found Big Boy Movers and gave Larry a call. He was professional, rates were reasonable and he followed up when he said he would. That last part is a big key for me because if you're moving, you realize how important following up is since events can unfold suddenly or on a very tight timeline. He arrived on time, I did not. He even helped back the truck/trailer up, I'm not a professional driver and have no idea how to do such a thing. He had another mover with him, they moved efficiently and quickly. They also had a great chemistry between them which kept the mood light and free. Our living situation now is only temporary. I've told Larry that I'd like to use him again when the time comes for our permanent situation. He will save me time/money because I won't have to rent a truck (he has his own) and the time since he's a professional from beginning to end. read more

Larry was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I met him and his wife at a networking event where he mentioned his moving business. During the move he offered to dismount my tv and mount it at the new place a few days later free of charge. Prior to mounting the tv he text me saying that I should be grateful for him and should be more appreciative. I advised him that he was being out of line and he later calmed down. When he arrived to mount my tv he showed up with his wife which I thought was odd but didn't say anything. When they finished the job I blocked his number. Two months later an unknown number text me vague messages about us meeting in the past. I ignored them until this morning the number text me again offering money in exchange for sexual favors. I pretended to entertain the notion in order to uncover his identity. After a few texts back and forth he confessed to being Larry from Wrapit Moving and asked me how my tv was doing. I immediately reached out to his wife and advised Larry that he was completely out of line. I'm writing this review to warn others that Larry may use your personal information for his personal gain. This company totally made my families move the best experience we could have asked for. Larry and his guy didn't scratch, dig or nick anything as they moved all our belongings to our new home. Very professional and courteous. Took care of all our needs and even went on a detour to Best Buy to pick up our new 70" TV. That's what I call taking care of your customer. If you like working with respectful professionals who will be on time, take care with your things, and charge reasonable fees, better call Big Boy. My first mover totally flaked so I called Big Boy because I liked the name and the company is licensed and insured. After speaking to Larry, confirming his LICENSE STATUS, and deciding he and the firm were real rather than just Craigslist risky, I held my breath, submitted the $25.00 deposit online and waited for moving day. He and his crew were early, armed with tools, dollies, blankets and shrink wrap, and a closed truck. My job was done in a snap!. Good grief. I've hired plenty of long and short distance movers and Big Boy goes to the head of the class. Waste time getting ripped off elsewhere if you like. Or, you could just call Big Boy and save your nerves. I did. I recommend this firm without reservation. Big Boy provides good service at a fair price. Unlike many movers (even the ones with fancy contracts), there's no bait and switch maneuvers. It is what it is and you can count on their word. Thanks, Big Boy. I still like that name. read more

These guys were great! They helped us move from our 7th floor small 2 berm apt in downtown Orlando to our 3 berm house back in July 2016 and I was impressed! They were punctual, prepared, and very pleasant guys. They were also very efficient and quick. We were moved in less than a couple hours (that included making a stop to our friend's place to pick up a bed too!). Big Boy Movers is top notch!! Larry and Carlton were very prefessional and very poliet!!! They were on time and ready to roll! The prices are extremely affordable! Larry called the day before to verify our time and location, and as I said, was on time with a truck full of equipment ready to work! We moved from a third floor apartment and have lots of pieces of big furniture. Nothing was scratched or banged or nicked. They carefully wrapper everything and had it tightly secured in the truck. I can't give it no stars because then I can't rate this company but I would if it would allow me to. In a recent move this company Big Boy Movers which in previous conversation Larry has claimed to be the owner, has been very unprofessional. Legally as a paying consumer with receipts and proof of damaged goods this company moved us recently. I asked him information on how to report a claim with his insurance company, what documents ( photographs / receipts/ legal police report) would be needed since I had never filed an insurance claim. In text messages Larry got very defensive and texted me about getting his lawyer involved. With a company / person like this I would rather speak to his lawyer, which hopefully is more professional than this employee/owner and can give me the proper information that I legally have the right to so I can get this matter resolved. read more

Larry and one guy moved our heavy stuff about 2 miles away and they could not have done a better job. Even though it was a short distance they wrapped every piece of furniture, took the beds apart, disconnected the washer and dryer AND put them all back in place fully assembled.
