On time, hardworking, careful. These guys made our local move much easier. We have a lot delicate furniture and they took great care to make sure nothing was damaged. We were moving into a brand new house with real wood floors and came out of the move with no scratches and marks at all. They also came with a lot of their own bungee cords, moving blankets, and ratchet straps. Use them for your move! read more

I love these guys! We've used them for 3 moves so far, loading and unloading, and I couldn't have been happier. I cannot say enough good things about them: on time, hardworking, careful with attention to every detail, listen and do exactly what you want (even when you change your mind), experts at packing the truck to maximum.... they really couldn't have done more for us. I get very stressed moving, but I become so calm when they show up and I can just relax and not worry about anything. We drove 1/2 of our house from FL to NJ the last time and nothing moved an inch in the truck. Our next move will be the remainder of our things out of FL. I'm very unhappy the upcoming move will be our last with them.... I wonder if they would come up to NJ if I sent them tickets! read more

I called the Incredible Giants to load a 17 foot truck for a cross country move and they did a phenomenal job. Silas and Nick came out and loaded my truck extremely quickly and efficiently. They did the whole job in about 30 minutes and were very reasonably priced. They were also personable and gave me recommendations in my new city. Just make sure you have cash to pay as they prefer cash. I can't recommend these guys highly enough! read more

The Incredible Giants - Movers Near Me - Orlando, Florida

I moved this weekend using a helper service of hireahelper and was referred to Gentle Giants. I was very please with my move. Showed up at 9 am and Jason and Ian were very professional and mindful of packing my moving truck and when we got to the new place unloaded fast and helped my put my bed together which was nice since I could get the frame to go together. I would use them again and have recommend them to several people as well. I was very nice to know that all the belongings that I packed arrived at me new place. I have used other movers in the area and had more than 20 boxes missing but were charged for twice the amount then was packed. These guys are aces and very reasonable. read more

This was my first experience using movers instead of bribing friends with pizza and now I doubt I'll go back to my old method. They were so friendly, funny, careful, and quick. When we got to the complex I was moving to, they said the freight elevator was down, but I was moving to the fourth floor. Despite them suddenly needing to take the stairs to move everything, they were still extremely pleasant and game. Luckily it started working during the move but attitudes like that deserve a shout out. Thank you James for letting me reschedule the time window at the last minute and making it work. In a nutshell, book this company if you want a stress-free moving process with friendly people! read more

Incredible Giants moved me from north Tampa to Seminole Heights (one bedroom apartment). They were quick, polite and very affordable. Scheduling took a couple days so make sure you contact them ahead of time. Send them an email don't call. read more

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but after such an Incredible Experience with the Incredible Giants, wanted to let everybody know that these guys are the absolute best movers I've ever had. On time, honest, courteous, knowledgeable, diligent, and some of the hardest working guys I've ever seen. Jason and Christopher showed up on time and ready to go and didn't stop for a second until the job was done to our complete satisfaction and everything was placed and set up how we wanted it. I can't say enough good things about how great an experience we had with them. Do yourself a favor and hire them to help with your move. read more

James & Jason arrived on time and ready to work. They surveyed the items to be moved and planned how they would load the truck. They were very careful with everything, and took special care with fragile items. TETRIS MASTERS!! They got more belongings into a 16' truck than even the truck rental company estimated would fit. We estimated a 2-hr move, but it took 2 1/2, which is not a big deal considering how much we moved and that many items were not included in the original plan/estimate. After a 2-day, 1100 mile road trip, another moving company helped to unload and even they commented on how well James had loaded & secured the truck. Once everything was unpacked in the new place, we were thrilled to discover NOT A SINGLE BROKEN ITEM! We're glad to recommend them and would definitely use them again! read more

This was my first experience with movers that 1. Showed up on time, as scheduled and 2. Packed and handled my items as if they were their own! James and his team were awesome. They were also very patient with me with my indecisiveness in where to put my furniture. Overall it was such a positive experience and i will be using them in the future :) read more

I am very disappointed with this moving company- tried to get a hold of James multiple times but he never answered his phone and his voicemail was always full. It wasn't until I resorted to texting that I got a response prior to the move. The movers didn't come with any supplies of their own so luckily I had rented some dollies, etc. just in case. Thankfully I hired them through hireahelper.com because once my things arrived, they were horribly damaged due to poor packing and the movers hadn't used any of the moving blankets I had provided. The movers themselves were very courteous- I tipped them well and in hindsight I should've kept a better eye on the actual truck packing rather than organizing things inside. When I contacted James with pictures of the damage and asked what the process was for reimbursement, I never received a response. Luckily hireahelper reimbursed me partially for my damaged items, but I would've expected better from a moving company--my recommendation would be to look elsewhere. read more

I moved last weekend and Jason and Travis came to help. They were both so professional and courteous. They went from my storage unit then to my house. Jason is a very creative packer! When we got to the new home they unloaded everything very carefully and places it all where it needed to go. Moving is a very stressful experience but Gentle Giants seemed to take it away. I will recommend them to everyone and if I move again they are the first ones I will call. Thank you Jason and Travis read more

The Incredible Giants were extremely reasonable with pricing and very responsive. I received a call from James regarding my request for a quote within 10 minutes of submission. And they worked very well with the timeframe I needed and even gave me guidance on how to get the most effective service for a 2-hour timeslot. Our move has been put on hold and I had to cancel my reservation with them, but, because of their stellar communication and competitive pricing, I will be sure to use them for our upcoming move once it was been rescheduled. read more

They helped in an emergency situation and were wonderful right up to the $1,500 damage done to our Cherry Dining room table. I was told they would resolve the problem immediately. It has been a year! James refuses to return my calls, much less resolve the problem. It's a shame a law suit seems to be the only way to resolve a very resolvable problem! Jerry and his crew were exceptional even with the short time frame of the booking . We had gone through the u haul list of movers these guys were top rated . On time, polite and efficient, PLEASE GIVE THEM YOU BUSINESS. FROM: A satisfied customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. read more

These guys are amazing. We booked them through Uhaul's moving help, but they told us in the future, we could call them directly and get a better price. We had two guys for 2 hours and they showed up and assessed and let us know that we would probably need 2 more guys and that they could call them if we wanted. We agreed. They were super careful with our stuff and even helped take apart (and then rebuild) a few pieces of furniture. We had a treadmill that we couldn't get into the room we wanted, so they even took the door off its hinges to get it into the room. We had used other moving services for a previous move and those guys were not half the professionals that these guys were. They really worked hard the entire time they were with us and treated everything with care. If we move again, we wouldn't call anyone else to help us. read more

This was the best moving experience we have ever had! Jason and the entire crew were very professional, efficient, and careful. They accommodated our last minute request and communicated arrival times like pros! We will use their services again and recommend them to everyone. read more

James and Silas are magicians!! They were able to put so much in our POD!! They were very professional and organized! They were thoughtful in their approach ensuring our stuff was cared for properly and would fit in the POD and moving truck. They worked fast without sacrificing the quality of their service. They asked questions to make sure they stored things in the right place. Moving is never easy, however, James and Silas sure reduced a great deal of my stress by taking care of the hard part! I will definitely hire these gentlemen again when our house is built and we are ready to get out of this apartment!! Thank you so much James and Silas! You guys are a class act! read more

Professional, efficient, and timely. I booked 2 hours for my one bedroom and they had me all loaded up within an hour. They disassembled my bed and moved my Tempur-Pedic effortlessly. I definitely recommend to anyone moving in the Orlando or Tampa area. read more

I am currently enjoying lunch after another seamless moving experience with Incredible Giants. They were on time, quick, professional, careful, and a pleasure to be around. They make an activity as often dreaded as moving seem easy. Will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them! read more

I contacted James 48 hours prior to move & he was able to work it in. Arrived on time & finished per timeline agreed upon. Both Jason & James were super polite & diligent. They were very careful - treated my stuff as if it was there own. Very important to be up front & honest with your stuff so they can quote it correctly instead giving them a surprise upon there arrival. Great job guys and I will be sure to recommend you all in the future to anyone I know moving in the area. read more

I can't say enough good things about The Incredible Giants. They made my move to Orlando incredibly easy. Easy to schedule, with reasonable rates. Then they showed up on time, finished early and made sure we were able to get everything set up before they left. James and Jason rock. And they were as nice as they could be. Great experience! read more

James and his crew were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers at a great price who are pleasant and meticulous about their work. Unfortunately our move ended up being during a tropical storm but they handled it completely fine with rain coming down all day long. Moving is stressful but at least during that portion of the move we felt at ease. read more

James and Jason are amazing! I hired them to unload after I drove up from Miami. They were on time and unloaded the truck just as planned. These guys are true professionals and I intend to use them again in April when my daughter moves into a new house! Thank you James and Jason! You guys deserve the 5 stars! read more

I am a professional mover, I own my own moving company and I hired these guys to help with an unload in St Pete. I've hired many companies to help me unload and I've worked with hundreds of different movers over 10 years. These guys are in the top 5% of guys I've worked with before. Very professional, hard working and a great attitude. I'm very thankful for their help and I know who I will call next time I'm in Tampa area to help. read more

James and his crew were the best movers I have ever used! They were extremely careful, courteous and professional. I would definitively use their services if needed again in the future. read more

I came here after reading all the great reviews/good rating for them but like some of the other reviews suggest its extremely hard to get a hold of them. As a service provider isn't that the least they could do? One out of my 7-8 attempts of communication succeeded and I wasn't even able to book them then for my move since James said he would call me back to confirm the date, which never happened. I tried calling both James and Jason and many times got a voicemail full message. Emails were completely ignored. Avoid yourself the waste of time and frustration and look elsewhere. read more

Had moving services recently. The guys were very courteous and knew what they were doing. They were a little late but I had also just arrived at the pick up location as well. I did not get charge for that time so I cannot complain. (I don't think)!!! naa anyway I was suggest the services again. The only thing I would say is I I understand that you have your own equipment but the movers should be a little more proficient or have a little more training in moving furniture pieces through doorways. Ok I know there is no textbook way to do something like that. Being a mover though should entitle you to having tips for protecting items against banging against the wall. I do understand that furniture sways and a lot of times you cannot get a third person in the middle. Taking your time always helps but I watched the guys and not one time did I feel like they were miss handling my things aggressively. I guess I should've tried to just wrap all the items with furniture covers but then it can make it super slippery for movers to grab. Let me find some stain and shut up lol. Good job read more

The Incredible Giants did a great job in my move. They were polite, affordable, worked hard, and got everything done in less time than expected. I will definitely be using them on my next move and highly recommend to others! read more

I contacted James yesterday last minute to move me the very next day. I got an immediate response, quote and time of arrival. Both James and Jason were highly professional, kind, informative, thorough and fast. What's great about them too, is as everyone knows you purge a lot when moving and being able to use one company for moving and hualing trash is very convenient, which eliminated so much stress that I had. Thanks to them, I feel like I can finally relax and get on w the next phase of my life. Great job guys and I will be sure to recommend you all in the future to anyone I know moving in the area. read more

The incredible giant movers are professional, polite, careful and fast! They were able to on short notice unload a 16 foot truck for us up to a 3rd floor apt. I was very happy with this service and will be using them for any future moves. read more

I've always moved using the help of friends and family, but we decided to take the "easy" way out and hire professionals this time. Unfortunately, we would have been better off with our own people. Before the move even got started, the IG called 3 times to say they would be later and later. I appreciated the communication, but that is where my appreciation ends. They brought a 3rd guy "for free" to make up for their tardiness, but the three of them meandered through the house at the slowest pace possible. My family and I were running circles around them, packing our own vehicles and making trips to the new house to help them out. When it was clear that time was running out, we gave up on having them load everything and left several items in the garage to move later on our own. We thought they could at least help us unload the truck. Nope. About 1/3 of the way through, they asked for more money to finish the job they started. I understand that they are paid by the hour, but as someone who has moved constantly her whole life, this job should've been done by then. There really was no excuse except that these guys are amateurs, just trying to make a little extra cash on the side of their real jobs. We even let them pile most the stuff in the front room to save them time and trips upstairs. I wouldn't pay them for another hour, mainly because I didn't think they could finish the job in that amount of time, and they left us with a truck 2/3 full. We ended up having to unload it ourselves in the cold and dark. So if you don't have any buddies willing to help you move in exchange for a case of beer, and you like throwing away money, then hire the IG. Otherwise ask your friends for help, or spring for real movers and save yourself this headache. read more
