I read all the reviews for 8 companies. When I called RCR in May, I called 8 moving companies, and this one is STILL the only one who has answered me. Bc of COVID-19, I had to reschedule twice, and got it done the 3rd time, 7/9-10. The Office person, Audris, has been exceptionally pleasant, helpful, reassuring, and kind. The 3 movers, A/CJ/J texted me ahead of time, had a working vehicle, arrived on time, and just worked and worked. No sloughing off by anyone. We had a deadline on day 2, and they got it done with an hour to spare. It was a wonderful experience. It was probably a bit more expensive than maybe someone else, but the peace of mind alone was worth anything. They wore their masks and gloves throughout the day, and were polite and professional. I moved this past weekend and this was my first move with professional movers and all I can say is wow! The service your company gave was beyond amazing. Everyone was working efficiently and all members of the team work focused and respectful of our wishes. Our furniture was wrapped up in plastic wrap and moving blankets and I don't have any damage to my property. The movers went the extra mile and also helped to break down and rebuild our big furniture pieces that we needed help with. Even with all this awesome service, the prices were fair. My wife found this company and we chose them out of three others that gave us estimates for moving out of our home to our new home. We were thrilled with the experience. This was by far the easiest move I have ever done thanks to Red Carpet! They were so professional from the very beginning and all throughout the process. They were quick efficient and very reasonable for the level of professionalism that they brought. They have their own truck (many companies ask you to rent the truck yourself), three movers and they work fast but treated all of my things with care! The owner and the crew were extremely helpful and efficient! We had a deadline to meet with moving out of our apartment by a certain time and they met the deadline. I informed the owner of my situation when I called to get quotes. She was very professional and understood the importance of our deadline. Austin and CJ were awesome! The whole team was very transparent on their arrival time, were swift in loading and unloading the truck. The insured everything was wrapped in blankets and were placed in the proper rooms when delivering at my new house! Can't recommend this team enough. We did have a few minor issues with the crew arriving a little later than expected and such, very minor damages that I was able to fix with a pliers or wood glue, but Red Carpet management reached out directly to us. A manager came to my house and sat down with me to go over the move and provide feedback. This is something I have not herd of any other company doing. Highly recommend! read more

These dudes rock, they are so respectful, so incredibly hard working! They handled my stuff like it was Queen Elizabeth's! They even treated my cats like family.
